Very basic cafeteria in an office building. The espresso machine was broken, only self-serve drip coffee in a giant urn. What can I say? The last time I had coffee like this was at a gas station in Scranton PA in the mid-1980s! The blueberry scone wasn’t too bad.
Loved the Husband and Wife running the place. Super friendly and large seating area. Great for a work or service break in the morning. Good breakfast sandwich menu. Very clean. Plenty of parking at the Business Park Building. Cafe is on the Plaza or P Level if your taking the elevator down.
Great Find
a very special place
Small cafe located in an office park. Friendly and fast service. Toast was moldy but they were quick to apologize and refund our money. Italian combo was pretty good.
Standard business park breakfast cafe, peak Connecticut.Breakfast sandwiches were basic and delicious. Nothing fancy. No frills.
Don't bother using their online ordering process. It was a total failure and after calling twice to get a status of my order, no reply was provided. Maybe the food is good, but they need to do better with customer service because there doesn't seem to be any. Disappointed infrequent customer.
Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich on a Portuguese roll ?? staff was super friendly as well
Got just a simple egg and cheese sandwich which cost me $8 and was terrible. Soggy bread and runny eggs. Don't know why the mayor of Danbury pimps out this place. I would rather go without breakfast then to come here again. Thank you for the curbside disaster
I live an hour away from Danbury but go there often for work. I leave early enough to go to Mothership for a cappuccino and muffin. I have also had lunch there. There were some service issues in the past and I read about their failure to pass a health department inspection last September but I stuck with them. My most recent visit, however, will be my last. After paying for lunch (and tipping before my meal as delivered), I waited for a simple chicken salad sandwich. When I noticed people behind me in line got their sandwiches, coincidentally also chicken salad, ate and were ready to leave, I looked at my watch and noticed it had been more than half an hour since I ordered. I had to leave to go to my next meeting, so I left (after getting a refund for the sandwich, not the tip), with no lunch. There are plenty of other places to go, including my work cafeteria, which has muffins and cappuccino that are fairly decent and less expensive.

Found this place by chance. It looks like it must once have been a gas station - forecourt gives parking places right off Main street. This is a resaurant/bakery/coffe shop. They do all the baking on-site, and roast their own coffe. Also serve breakfast/lunch. The coffee was excellent, and the baked goods were delicious - the best bread pudding I've had in many years!
