Normally, I don't write negative reviews, but I feel compelled this time to do so. I ordered a $55 bottle of wine by name from the wine list. When the bill came, I was charged $179. When I pointed this out to the staff, the reply was that the wine he served me was the first of that name he saw. I don't doubt he served us the more expensive bottle. But I don't appreciate the bait and switch. Not cool. And the food was just ok. We won't be going here again and will make sure friends don't go either.

We met friends for my husbands birthday celebration, reservations at 6p. everything was fantastic until it was main course time. It took forever to get our entrees, my husband got the pork chop special which was the size of your palm, just 1 chop. He's a big guy so 1 didn't do anything for him, it was an appetizer. It didn't come with any side at all, nor was it offered. The kicker was that we ordered a wine by name on the menu for $55. when the bill came, the charge was $175! When asked about the charge, the staff said it was the first of that name he saw on the list.! We should've made a scene. That's really not cool, we were scammed and made to pay. The server poured without showing the bottle, yes it was delicious however this was extremely dishonest of them and didn't even offer an apology or adjustment! The least they could do is offer a gift certificate. We will not be back and neither will our friends!

A true gem that's family run, with a delicious menu selections and superb specials. Service always on point cordial and friendly. On third visit our host Chritian was outstanding.

Should have known better to book on Christmas Eve. Food disappearing. Bolognese was awful and rest of entrees very mediocre. Usually much better quality. Very busy, but still should have been at least satisfactory.

This was our first time here! From start to finish the experience was wonderful. This is dining, not just going out for dinner. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We began with table side Caesar salad…delicious! There were seven of us and nobody was disappointed with the meal and we each ordered a different entree. We ended the meal with dessert…the chocolate cake was to die for. Highly recommend Castellos and we will definitely be returning.

Overall the meal was quite tasty especially the vongole oregenatto. Parking can be problematic. Notwithstanding, well worth a return visit.
