If I could give 0 stars I would. I got handed the wrong order and before I could realize i had one of the employees publicly harassing me to pay the difference and telling me it was my fault I got the wrong order, even though it was their mistake. I was stared at the whole time I was eating and the employee tried to blame me because they handed me the wrong order. The chicken wings were stale and flavorless. 0/10 I would stay as far away as possible. This is so disappointing and unprofessional.

I first started coming to Charley’s back when I worked at the mall several years ago. They were (and are still) known for their delicious sandwiches, piping hot fries, and lemonades.
I was at the mall on Christmas Eve and Charley’s looked the most appetizing, so I decided to try them again. And for the most part, the quality hasn’t changed.
I got a Small Classic Philly Cheesesteak with a Side of Fries, no drink. My order was $11.09. Everything was prepared quickly and accurately without the added greases and oils of most fast food chains.
If you’re looking for a cheap meal, the small is a great option—a little less than half a footlong. Everything was cooked well, I was provided napkins, and ketchup was readily accessible.
While I can’t eat mall food on a regular basis like I used to, Charley’s Cheesesteaks is still a great sandwich staple.

The person who takes my order is consistently rude and makes one feel as if they are wasting her time. Fortunately I am usually prepared for her and practice my order in line but even then I'm too slow! This trip they had a new cook!! Unfortunately they where clearly very undertrained and did not know what ingredients where what leading to a sandwich that was not what I ordered. They tried separating my molten hot order on the griddle but at that point the battle was lost and I realized if I was going to have a chance at eating lunch I needed to cut my losses and walk away so I did. In short, avoid this trash food court restaurant at all costs.

I ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes and I see the woman putting tomatoes in my sandwich and gaslit me saying "No I didn't," what if I was allergic? That's a lawsuit waiting if I was overall food is good

Waited over thirty minutes after placing order to receive a sandwich that is missing toppings and cheese not even melted. Staff were very rude place was not clean at all.

Ordered a teriyaki cheese steak hardly any teriyaki on it mostly cheese when asked if there was supposed to be more teriyaki the worker gave an aditude an said that's how it comes if I wanted a cheese and bread sub I would have ordered it Charley's is going down hill its not the same like it use to be will not be going back to Charley's
I ordered a chicken California - supposed to have ranch dressing and tomatoes on it. All I got was a few measly pieces of dried out chicken and some cheese. You had one job!!

1st mistake is I prepaid for the food. I added the directions in my GPS and drive to wait for it… the mall. I had no idea it was mall food. After walking around for twenty minutes trying to find the place in the mall I arrived and my food was cold. They would not remake it. I asked why it didn’t state on there site it was in the mall and was told they just work there and I would have to take my food and go there were customers in line. I ended up tossing the food ($26.00) worth and going to a real resturant. Lesson learned call first

Food is great. However I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, staff had to assist a customer who wanted something cooked a certain way and held up the line. Should have been offered a discount or refund to accommodate one person.

I love steak sandwiches. yes with cheese but also grilled onions and a nice cold soft drink to top it off. Service has always bern good and also fast and polite. a good place for the family to stop and eat.
