Excellent beer, wonderful owners, great music and an all around welcoming place to hang out!!!
Charter Oak is a gem! Owners Scott and Michelle are always welcoming and truly glad to see you. The beer? Delish! Wadsworth is my go-to, but never disappointed with any of the many varieties available.
This place is the absolute best. The owners, Scott and Michelle, are the sweetest people. Michelle bakes homemade treats and hands them out to customers and it’s such a delightful treat. It makes you feel like you’re at a family gathering and not a paying customer. Scott is really knowledgeable about the brewing industry and makes fantastic beers. The winter stout is my favorite but they’re know for their IPAs and the brown ale. You will not be disappointed if you stop by!
Great beer and outstanding service!
When we arrived there at Saturday night, it was quite loud, but host offered us quiet room to sit and kindly offered us the best drinks based on ours preferences.
I really apreciated the quality and warm atmosphere!

Had such a memorable time this afternoon at Charter Oak. The owners clearly love what they do and all 8 of the 10 beers I sampled (made on site) were both varied and phenomenal in their own right. Thanks for the hospitality and baked goods! We’ll be back.
terrible beers and leaves a lot to be desired. do your self a favor and go to nod hilll down the road!! the few people that come here (super empty all the time) just feel bad because owners are nice…
Nice brewery with a lot of seating. Great beer and friendly staff. Live music on weekends. Also have board games/table games available. Would come again!

Amazing local brewery that has stellar beers and a great family & friends vibe. The staff feel like your best friends you've known forever, a wide variety of beers to choose from, and often there is live music and a food truck outside.
