Service is very hit and miss. Some waiter and waitresses are great, others are moody. I try to make ordering easy as possible but it seems to backfire and we have issues. They have great deals. Food tastes good for what you expect. Service could be better.

Just had fantastic service here. Christine was so incredible. She kept our drinks refilled and was so friendly. My family and I had just had a horrible day of travel, and her excellent service was an oasis of calm in all of that chaos.

I don’t usually write reviews but my girlfriend and I thought we had possibly the best experience out at any restaurant service wise. Our server was Isabella and she is such a kind and attentive waitress who we had amazing conversation with. We’ve never been so well taken care of at any restaurant before and will definitely be coming back again soon hopefully to experience her top tier service again.

We got chicken crispers and Fajita. Crispers tasted artificial. I wouldn’t say it is quality food but do-able once in a while.

Food was good. My only complaint was there was a leak and water kept dripping on me. I didn’t notice it at first as it was hitting my sweater. It wasn’t raining out either. Glad the water from the ceiling didn’t go in my food. They definitely need to fix that. we were at the booth closest to the kitchen

It's nit rhw Ritz, of course. But the food is good. Great value. The booths are clean, the service was prompt. We went during Father's Day; but it was surprisingly not crowded.
