Out of the 3 chains, chili's, Applebee's and Friday's, chili's definitely has the better tasting food. The cheesesticks and wings, boneless or bone-in, taste way better at chili's. The burgers here are also better than the other chains, as well as the steak and ribs. Prices are competitive as well as drinks. Atmosphere is probably the same. Woukd recommend chili's out of the 3 chains. Food is what makes the place and chili's definitely has the better tasting food.

The service is SLOW there. They only have 1 waiter trying to get to all the tables during lunch. Had to walk out after not getting any service after a while. The waiter was trying his best but I don't have time to sit around for 30 minutes waiting to get my order taken during lunch
My family and friends always loved coming to Chilis for their chicken nachos. So disappointed that they have taken the original nachos off the menu completely and replaced it with some chicken bacon ranch nonsense to save money. The original chicken nachos are a chili's staple. We loved the way they were made. We loved the layered chicken and knowing that every chip was seasoned and cheesed to perfection no matter who was sharing....We'll miss that. Ended up getting undercooked burgers. Kind of a shame

Every time I go there and get the garlic bread on the side it’s burnt…. I hate to keep asking the waiters for another one because it’s the cook who burns them every time and doesn’t know how to make them. PLEASE STOP BURNING THE GARIC BREAD.😡😤
