I don’t write reviews usually, specially not negative ones.
While ordering their smoked brisket bowl I noticed very little meat scraps were left for my bowl. I asked the girl if that was a full portion of meat, she said yes but went ahead and scraped whatever was stuck in the pan into my bowl, still not even close to a full portion of meat.
I was paying for my bowl and two other burritos but they rang it up as two orders for some reason. The order with my bowl and one burrito came out to $32. I asked why they had to ring it up as two and the guy behind the cashier said it was to hit some kind of fast service goal. Not sure how that applies if there was no line behind us. how would they know how fast they served me if no one is “starting the clock” and there is no back log of customers?
My second burrito was $10 dollars. I asked for my receipts which the cashier was about to conveniently toss in the trash. Everyone was pretty “giggly” at this point. As I walked out and examined my order I noticed I was charged for two drinks that I didn’t order. The guy insisted I ordered the drinks, I knew I had not. I was refunded for the drinks but after walking out of the mall I noticed I was also charged for chips I didn’t order, I didn’t bother going back in to get a refund for that.
The Asian guy that tried to pull that fast one on me by charging me for things I didn’t order wasn’t as slick as he thought he was. I’m guessing he was upset that I pointed out the portion of meat wasn’t enough, probably less than half of what it should’ve been. I’m pretty sure him and his giggly coworkers will get far in life with that kind of attitude, while being excellent examples of chipotle’s customer service.

Ordered double meat. Still the potions are small. The rice is under cooked. You could feel the crunch. The lettuce smells unwash.

My boyfriend and I recently visited Chipotle, and I must say, it's terrible. The new workers there seem to be in some kind of competition to see who can give the smallest portions. I ordered a burrito bowl, and I could barely find the rice, let alone the meat. The portions were so stingy it felt like I was being rationed. The bowl was mostly empty, and the taste was as disappointing as the service. Not only that, my burrito I had got for my boyfriend was insanely small. It felt like when you opened a Christmas gift and it was just socks. This isn't the Chipotle I used to love. It’s a sad and an overpriced joke now. They changed. Don't waste your time or money here.

I tried to call the restaurant to get in contact about an incorrect delivery order and was unable to contact the store. My bowl with white rice came with no rice! When I order in person the staff is rude and unpleasant and the food quality had drastically diminished over the years. 0/10.

It was closed 2 hours early. They lied to us and said they were out of white rice. The soda machine was out of order, and it was messy. They just don’t care about this location.

Worker serving food giving the smallest of portions, asked for some more chicken as the portion she first gave looked like it was for a toddler…, kept giving me opposite of what I asked for I said brown rice she went for white rice. Asked for a side of guac .. portion was laughable. Once I got to the register server kept shouting “double chicken double chicken” how is it
Double when the first
Portion was about 4 pieces of chicken..? saving grace was Jacquelin at the register who insisted on filling the guac correctly, and super friendly. Thank you to her but other worker had poor customer service skills and did not
Leave anything to be desired as far as future visit.

Was running late and felt like mexican for supper. Haven't been to the Danbury Fair Mall for a while and wanted to check out the remodeling. Service was quick and the food was good, however, the dining room was in bad shape: tables needed wiping and trash removed (some people are pigs). I'm guessing they were just short staff for the evening rush.
Vegetarian options: Sofritas, plant-based, is actually pretty good.

Chipotle has taken a lot of heat recently for what people describe as small portions and poor attitude or service by staff. I think a lot of this may be related to lashing out at the large increase in dining out costs, or perhaps people looking to increase their views on social media.
There is no question that just getting a bite to eat at a fast-food outlet involves "luxury" pricing for commodity items.
Nonetheless my experience at Chipotle was excellent. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The Chips & Guacamole were fresh, and the bowl had enough food for two people. I did not harass the staff for "extra" this and that but still received the normal portions I was accustomed to.
Seating at the outlet is rather spartan with hard bench seating but you can always get your food to go or eat outside on the patio.

Arrived at 8 pm when the restaurant is supposed to close at 10 pm. Workers said the dining room closed around 6-7 pm, and they weren't even sure when the restaurant itself was closing.
The workers blasted loud music throughout the store which seemed like an effort for us to leave.
No ice and everything was a mess. The employees barely gave us attention when ordering, and I had to yell my order over the loud music while they talked amongst themselves.
There was also a group of people eating at the table when the dining room was supposedly closed that were audibly laughing and pointing at my friend and I for no apparent reason.

While I wouldn’t dare brave Chipotle on a busy weekend afternoon, for a Monday the food and service wasn’t half bad. My chicken rice bowl was fresh, everything was portioned appropriately, and my $12 bowl was almost enough for two meals. At the end of the day, it’s a mall restaurant—things could be cleaner, the workers could be better and yes, Chipotle is overly hyped. Enough said.

Food was cold, and some ingredients were lacking. Impolite and unprofessional staff, who did not listen to a customers complaint. I would not recommend this location to friends or family. If I could select zero stars, I would! buyer beware!!
