Pretty nasty experience overall. One should avoid this location as wide as possible. Unreasonable wait, workers are not even trying to assist customers. Waiting extremely long time to select the order. None of the ingredients are ready and half are missing. Again, pretty bad overall.

So short staffed a huge line formed and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Waited for 10 minutes without a single attempt by staff to start serving the line and we finally just left

Service was terrible, you're a bother to them even though they applied for the job lol. Food was terrible. No napkins or straws. Coke was flat and didn't taste like coke AT ALL.

I love Chipotle but I don’t like coming to this location. Every time I come they are out of something or the soda machine is not working. 2 times already no ice, then another time soda dispenser was out and another time I ordered ahead and was charged for chips they were out of when I went to pick up my order. I know avoid coming to this location

I used to go often to have lunch, but today I noticed the the portion sizes are way smaller and they keep charging the same price.

This location seems to be the chipotle that corporate forgot. The torilla warmer on the main line was broken, forcing the staff to use the one across the store, slowing service, and adding unnecessary milage to the staff's day. All of the staff looked like they wanted the shop to burn to the ground, possibly with them in it.
The main dining room was filthy, with sour cream somehow on every surface. The entire soda machine was broken, and all the lemonades were empty.
I'm a restaurant worker myself, so I try to give my fellow restaurant kids a little extra grace, but if this was my first impression of a chipotle, it would be my last.

This was a mixed experience it was good and what I was expecting the food was pretty good but expensive. Men’s bathroom was dirty and both door handle and faucet were broken along with the wire you pull when you fall and can’t get up the seat was also broken and tables were a little messy. The food was alright they had roughly 5 black beans in the whole place but enough of everything else and the staff was also very kind the guy who wrapped my burrito should be called the burrito boss because he wrapped that thing in a blink of an eye.

TINY PORTIONS. Got the steak and he gave less than half a scoop and I joking said “ohh that’s all I got” he ignored me.
Then we got charged double meat? I ask why we got a charged and just got the gen z stare.

I would stay away from this location. I love chipotle but this location is dank and dark and even when it’s absolutely slow the staff don’t want to help. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and the two guys were chatting and didn’t want to be interrupted and they made it without cheese. To top it all off the chips were stale and overly salty.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and they tell me they’re out of steak multiple hours before closing??? There was like 5 small pieces of steak left in the container, the worker put it on my burrito and when I asked for more his coworker piped in claiming it was a full portion, even tho I had originally came in for two scoops worker said they weren’t gonna make more even tho they still had 5 hours till they closed. Still had to pay $15 for a burrito with practically no steak😐

I’m the biggest chipotle FEIN but this was the most disappointing chipotle experience that I’ve ever had. The chips had no lime and were dark brown (either burnt or whole wheat we couldn’t tell). They were out of corn and instead of refilling it just gave me a few kernels. Very small portions and not the cleanest area. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Stopped in early evening on Monday (10/6) for a takeaway meal after picking up groceries next door at Trader Joe’s. I hadn’t eaten all day. I got a chicken bowl. Spent most of Tuesday with a mild case of food poisoning. What the hell has happened to Chipotle. It used to be high on the list in terms of quality, service integrity, cleanliness, and hygiene. Now it’s a hit or miss. Sad to see it going downhill.
