The person serving had absolutely 0 knowledge of the food they were serving. Trying to find out what was spicy and mild for my kids was impossible. They could not roll a burrito to save their life. What I was served was a mess. Every table was filthy and it took 4 or 5 requests to get one wiped down. They sold me a fountain drink and it had no ice in the machine.Honestly I don’t blame anyone serving. It’s clearly a management issue. They don’t train their staff on how to do the simple things.Kid-friendliness: There is none.

I’ve been going to this Chipotle for years and while I’m always tempted to try something new, the lack of consistency isn’t worth the cost.I had a great experience the other day. My Chicken Rice Bowl was flavorful, perhaps lacking a tad in seasoning, but all of the ingredients were fresh, which I can’t say for every visit. I also found the bowl to be very heavy on the rice. Chipotle is always one for large portions, but I often feel wasteful eating here as it’s too much rice and not enough toppings. Adding on a bottle of Coke was the perfect complement to my meal—the carbonation was stellar. Shockingly at $14, I was happy that I didn’t spend “too much,” but I would have loved to have added on a bag of chips and guac without spending $20 on a single meal.What can I say? I think Chipotle is attempting to stay relevant by adding on new meats and I’m sure you could cut costs by simply ordering a kids meal. However, while the food can be great, I think there’s a lot better deals where you’re consistently getting what you pay for each time.

Made my burrito totally wrong. I asked them to redo it after they broke the tortilla shell. They said no they’ll just wrap another tortilla shell around it. I told them I didn’t want it that way because I’ve had the wrong stuff on it No one in the store spoke English whatsoever I also ordered a large drink and not one of the drinks out of the vending machine worked. Everything was flat with no carbonation. When I told them about it, they just shook their shoulders like oh well Didn’t even offer me something out of the fridge. Will never come back to this location. They need to get their affairs in order. At least have somebody working that speaks English

The only place I like to go while travelling is chipotle. It always has good and fresh food. But the chicken tasted a little old and a little burnt from this chipotle during my visit. A little disappointed because chipotle is always my go to food.

Time to find a new manager. 2 hours to go before closing and they had no chicken, no brown rice, no veggies left, no napkins, every juice dispenser was empty, no ice, and almost every single table was a mess- food, napkins, stuff on the floors. Zero work ethic in this place and the meats that were left looked congealed. This place will be closed soon if they keep running it like this. I left worried that I just might have paid money for food poisoning. RUN from this locale.

For nearly 3 years this location has consistently disappointed. They were either out of ingredients, the food wasn't good and/or the staff seemed to care less about any of it. My brother and I had given up on coming here, but the other day my Chipotle craving over took me. I decided to just walk and "take a look". The ingredients were all there and I asked 2 patrons that we're eating inside how there food was and got the ok. So my brother and I decided to take a gamble, once again, and order. Surprisingly and FINALLY the food was good, the service was even better! They were low on the veggies/peppers but had no problem getting more. The lady that served us was super nice and very gracious with the portion sizes. I don't know if management has finally changed (I hope) and this location will finally be dependable or if we just got very lucky that evening. Judging by the reviews of this location, it's pretty clear, we were not the only disappointed and angry customers. Based on this last visit, I will definitely give this location another chance. Let's just hope that the positive changes stick!

Until something changes with this location, do NOT attend this Chipotle. I have given them at least 5-6 chances and the last straw came today when I had ordered online. Over the last several months there is an obvious staffing issue and there is never more than three people working at once and to get even one entree takes forever and they are usually missing at least one or two things. The food is never good nor does it look appetizing whenever they are not out of it and the soda machine has not been working for as long as I can remember. The service has been consistently rude and unapologetic for failing to provide service. Today when I went to pick up my food they said that they didn’t have the people to be able to fulfill my online order and refused to make my food. Then, after several minutes of discussion, they then asked me to just go to the back of the line (which was fairly long) and that they would make my food or call and cancel the order. At this point my food had been overdue by at least fifteen minutes. I ordered online for a reason and did not have the time to wait for the line, so I had to leave and cancel the order and get my refund online. Luckily I knew what to do because this is not the first time they have done this to me.Long story short, if you want Chipotle, go to the one on Newtown rd in Danbury. This one is not worth your money and especially not your time. Because in the end, both will be wasted.

Came here at 3pm on a Thursday- there was one younger guy making all the food for customers and then an older man on the till and one younger man cooking. They were out of most things- no steak, no sour cream, no guacamole, no lettuce. We said we were eating in and then there were no forks, the soda machine had no ice and the lemonade and sprite both had no syrup. The garbage bins were overflowing. The older man at the til didn’t have great customer service. I suspect they are understaffed but was a shame to go into this establishment when so much was lacking.

Went for dinner, they were out of guacamole and a few other items. Drinks were picked over and while I do not use ice, it's a good thing because there was none. The tables and floor were also filthy from messy eaters. A manager should definitely be on dinner/weekend shift!

Tempted by the carne asada special we went here at 5:30 on a Saturday and would not go back. The food itself appeared ok at first then I noticed there wasn't a clean table in the place. I also discovered the ice machine was broken and the staff shrugged his shoulders and said no ice. One Coke nozzle was out of syrup and the other was flat. I asked for this to be refilled and it wasn't by the time I finished my meal so I asked for a refund of the soda. I also noticed the chips I ordered seemed stale and not fresh. Here's a picture of what the juice drink machine looked like. Maybe other locations are good but this one had serious issues.

Location was not very clean. All tables had wrappers, tray, etc. on them. None of the employees seemed particularly interested in helping us. Then the our order was missing chips. No one really knew what to tell us. Apparently we have to get a refund online.
