The chipotle Mexican Grill location was very clean. Everything looked fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in fast and they were able to make our food and get us out fast as well. The food tasted amazing and had enough meat, which is very important. A lot of chipotle locations do not give adequate meat. Therefore, I rarely eat there anymore. This location was much different.

Filthy place, food remnants on tables, the floors a mess, the staff are quite rude and unfriendly. The fillings are slipped into a tortilla and you end up with a mess that hasn’t even been wrapped properly and that can’t be eaten let alone enjoyed. They offer extra fillings that you need to pay for without telling you they’re extra, I felt tricked when I was charged for a bit of queso. The lemonades hadn’t been refilled either. I went there today for the first time in ages and nothing has changed. All the reviews are the same, there’s very little positive and all the same complains are echoed. Why is nothing done to make changes? It’s not hard to keep a restaurant clean, not is it hard to be friendly, polite and show some enthusiasm in you work.

Food was typical Chipotle, slapped together messily. I ordered online and allowed plenty of time because of past experiences with this location being a bit slow. I got to the drive thru to pick up my order .. cars ahead of me zoomed through so I was hopeful. When I got to the window, the guy that was there walked away and pretended to be busy. It took him almost 10 mins to come back to the window and ask me what I wanted. I told him nicely that I placed an online order, I gave him my name. He looked at me like he was annoyed - handed me the bag, and closed the window. No "Hello", no "thank you", no "here you go" .. just a nasty annoyed look because he had to do something for a customer.
I just ordered this for delivery. They need to be more conscientious of impaired employees and print tickets in braille because the person who made my ordered was clearly blind as a bat! It wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered.

This place needs a health Department visit there is cross contamination every were very poor service food spilled every were in the counters floors doors super dirty every were you look 1 guy serving and working the register. I visit twice but no more.
