I ordered delivery from this location. They gave me undercooked rice, dark brown guacamole, and no guacamole for my bowl.
I called to see if I could get a refund and instead of getting my money back they only refunded the chips and guacamole and offered me a BOGO entrée for the bowl.
The only solution they had was to get me to spend more money? Bullshit.
Edit for correction. Still bullshit and I’m not talking to a bot through your online support. And for the owner, try not to use copy and pasted responses. At least pretend to give a shit and personalize it.

Big Chipotle fan but this particular location was disappointing to say the least. I was passing through CT and figured I’d stop for a bite and what a mistake it was. Food had no taste and was just unappetizing. Also, the place is filthy! I understand guests make the mess which is a shame but there was nobody around cleaning up or wiping down tables. The floor was sticky, too. Which made me think if the place isn’t clean imagine what’s going on with the food… 😳

The chipotle Mexican Grill location was very clean. Everything looked fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in fast and they were able to make our food and get us out fast as well. The food tasted amazing and had enough meat, which is very important. A lot of chipotle locations do not give adequate meat. Therefore, I rarely eat there anymore. This location was much different.

Filthy place, food remnants on tables, the floors a mess, the staff are quite rude and unfriendly. The fillings are slipped into a tortilla and you end up with a mess that hasn’t even been wrapped properly and that can’t be eaten let alone enjoyed. They offer extra fillings that you need to pay for without telling you they’re extra, I felt tricked when I was charged for a bit of queso. The lemonades hadn’t been refilled either. I went there today for the first time in ages and nothing has changed. All the reviews are the same, there’s very little positive and all the same complains are echoed. Why is nothing done to make changes? It’s not hard to keep a restaurant clean, not is it hard to be friendly, polite and show some enthusiasm in you work.
