Decided on this location because all of the reviews for the locations nearby by were awful — figured I might as well go to the nearest one. Unfortunately, it seems the reviews for this one are representative. I mobile ordered a beef barbacoa burrito and it left much to be desired. Seemed to be 90% rice in the middle with just a little bit of meat at the ends. I ordered extra sour cream and discovered there was only sour cream at the very end of the burrito. Literally took a bite that was just sour cream at the end. I also ordered fajita veggies in it and they were missing. Burrito was also poorly wrapped so it kept falling apart. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Very disappointing burrito. I will also mention that they had no utensils available — or at least publicly accessible. I checked the box on my mobile order for napkins and utensils and neither were included in the bag.

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — everything from the rice to the guac tasted spot-on. But what really made my visit stand out was the outstanding service from Jose.

Jose greeted me with a big smile and a great attitude the second I walked in. He was patient while I decided on my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You could tell he really cared about giving each customer a great experience. Even though the line was long, he kept things moving quickly and stayed upbeat the entire time.

Place is filthy. Bathroom is filthy. Tables are disgusting. Too many employees just hanging out and BS instead of working and being proactive. Only 7 people in the place and it was a complete turn OFF. No wonder business loose customers.
Management needs to do better in training and hiring their employees. Don't be surprised if the health department makes a visit.

they don’t have it together.
first of all, half of our order was missing. My brother placed an online pickup and only my bowl and the chips were in it - not his bowl nor his cup.
Although they were very nice and got on it right away when we let them know.

As we sat down, I opened my bowl… which felt really light but I had gotten a salad so I didn’t think much of it but my bowl was COMPLETELY wrong and the portion was VERY SMALL.
My brother showed them and they made the correct bowl but I don’t believe that there should’ve been so much confusion.

The staff/guy at the mobile ordering was very nice and quick to help but that’s about it that’s good about this place.

I paid $20 for a chicken burrito, double meat, add guac, extra salsa. There was no chicken the first 10 bites of my burrito, and after that I got chicken one out of every two or three bites. It was pretty much all rice. I shouldn’t be paying $20 for rice inside a tortilla. Every bite should have chicken in it if I’m paying double.

Disappointed completely order 4 meals online for pick up in store when I got to the store drive thru guys comes to the windows and say there is no more food and they is nothing I can do I was in shock got charge for food I never got sadly

This place has now officially turned dme off to Chipotle m from hearing the company is picky on how much food they give for so much money. Since I last went I got a piece of raw chicken in my bowl. Never going back here or any location again after that.
