Probably the worst Cinnabon I’ve ever had. Ice cold and very expensive. I asked for extra icing and that was even colder, like it just came out of the fridge. The employee was sure to ask me to answer the tip question on the little payment screen. Never again at this location.

The attendant Allie is the worst customer service personally I have ever encountered. She is extremely rude, she walks off without answering questions, and she rolls her eyes. At one point, there was literally no one manning the food station. I do not know who owns this location, but the customer service is horrible.

Never again. I bought a box of Cinnabon and it was stale and taste was off. I didn't enjoy the one I ate and neither did anyone else who had the misfortune of eating one. Completely terrible! Corporate needs to shut them down as they are ruining the name brand and possibly putting the public health at risk.

Went to the mall 4pm on Sunday (4/25) 4 hours before you close with a huge crowd. They had nothing but a few buns, and seemed completely contempt with having nothing for the rest of the day. If I were the owner who wasn’t there, I would be mad about all the business they lost out on for 4 hours that day. Why even open. Lazy and sad

Tried to get a 6 pack of their Classic Cinnabon rolls for $15 at the Danbury Fair Mall location. Was told they didn’t have any 6 packs but I can buy 6 individual rolls at $5 each. That’s some lousy customer service and business practices if you ask me.
Apparently they randomly close early. 730 on a saturday night

Been there a few times and honestly it's a let down. I absolutely love Cinnabon and their chains, but this one isn't great. They skimp out on the icing big time so they can change you extra (mind you all other locations load it up, it's a signature Cinnabon thing) and the dough is over cooked. Just not the same as every where else, what a shame.
