Staff super unhelpful. Establishment was so unhygienic. Bag had a used, uncapped tube of neosporin and bent, possibly used spoons. When asked to switch bags, they were about to give me the same spoons until specifically asked for new spoons. Also forgot part of my order. When I went back they were dismissive of my messed up order. On top of all this my icecream was melted before even leaving the establishment which made the whole ordeal worse. Sad.

The staff is very unfriendly. We were the only two customers in the store when we entered, and the two workers were making a cake. No one greeted us or said anything polite like, “good evening, we will be right with you.” Once the man was done, he simply said, “yes?”

I used to come here all the time. Haven’t been in a while. Will not be returning. The female employee making the ice cream had headphones in and was coughing and sneezing while preparing food. She also was talking on the phone. The male employee started making my order but then asked her to finish it, which I really was not comfortable with since she was coughing and sneezing a lot, she seemed sickly. Additionally, the male employee was packing up and it was very obvious they did not want to be there. When more people walked in the woman rolled her eyes. I asked for a lid and never got one. The woman was so eager to get me out of there that she skipped my phone number (I was there to use a reward) so I asked her to put in my phone number, she seemed annoyed. Overall terrible experience. Will not come back or recommend to anyone. This place was better when teenagers were working, at least they weren’t sickly and unwelcoming. New management/ownership is horrible and should be embarrassed to run a business like this.

Omg... i can't. This place is so dirty. Looks like new owners... sorry to say they haven't a clue. The lights are off while they are open. The cases and any surface is so disgusting. I'm almost gagging. I'm here because my coworker likes the cakes. The trash can is so dirty.

This place is not the same anymore. People that work here now were not there the last time I went, about a year ago. They can careless making your ice cream like slop. As soon as you get it, it melts. Don’t let me get on the girl that works there with the black hair, completely unprofessional, rude attitude for no reason, seems to hate her job in my opinion, I would never go back here. Listen to the reviews this place is going downhill and mostly because of their customer service.

I had a bad incident at this store with an employee that ignored us and refused to acknowledge us for 15 min. However, the owner immediately reached out to remedy the situation that evening. I appreciate his concern for us and how he handled it. Thank you.

Came to pick up an Uber eats order, Me being the delivery person on 3/18, and I arrived at 9:07pm. I've watched people come in and out that came in before me. The girl with her hair in a braided pony tail on this shift asked me 3 timed the name of the order and continued to take care of those coming in as regular customers. I've been patient but first come first serve. To go's or not, this visit was absolutely a disgrace. This girl is all over the place and completely forgot about me. I've been here for 18 minutes now. But she said 5 minutes. Don't come here If you want your time waisted.

I don’t know if the couple in the front bought the place, but it has gone down hill in the past year. Tonight was the last straw for me. We were next to Milkcraft tonight, but I decided I wanted to wait the extra 45 minutes to get Coldstone because I really wanted a Pistachio milkshake. It has never been a problem before. But the woman at the counter stated that “they cannot make a milkshake with pistachio. It’s not on the board.” Even though there is a “create your own” clearly labeled in the area she pointed at…? I stated kindly that it is 100% doable as I’ve had it multiple times from that exact cold stone. (It’s the same as a chocolate milkshake, just a different flavor. She again stated it’s not possible. Needless to say I will be sticking to Carvel, or other ice cream shops that can handle a pistachio milkshake.
Ordered a pre-made cake here eith a picture of the birthday boy and when we arrived they told us the cake we ordered had been accidentally given to another customer that came before us. Pretty bad experience

Went in for a chocolate shake tonight with my fiancé. It was literal chocolate milk it was very poorly made and the guy working in there didn’t even greet us. Didn’t want to go back and make them remake it because it was just disappointing from the beginning.

We called to be sure they were open because their website said they closed at 10 but the woman who answered the phone informed us that they close at 9:50. She said even though the doors close at 10 they can’t put any ice cream on the stone? That doesn’t seem to make sense! Carvel here we come.. too bad because we would have made it on time but just left a bad impression!

Probably the worst cold stone I’ve ever been to. Filthy inside. My ice cream was melted. Took two bites and tossed it. What a shame. This is what happens when you have kids running the store. Corporate is a bunch of idiots.
