We were hit by a strong smell of disinfectant upon entering. Very off-putting. Decided to order anyway since we were already there. They didn’t have the ingredients for one of their featured mixes. I ordered a small cup of my second choice and was handed a medium before I realized he had gotten the order wrong. We were the only customers at the time. I think we will just get a Ben and Jerry’s from the grocery next time, way better.

I had a bad incident at this store with an employee that ignored us and refused to acknowledge us for 15 min. However, the owner immediately reached out to remedy the situation that evening. I appreciate his concern for us and how he handled it. Thank you.

I wish Cold Stone was cheaper, because I’d be there way more often if it was. This is a good location. I wish they could put some more seating outside. Maybe they can get some tables over by the airport side of the parking lot. Great location right across from the best mall in the area!
