Call me old fashion but when there is no cashier and you have to use a computer to order while people stand and watch is weird. Also being told they are warmed just to get home and they are ice cold is crazy. Flavor was meh depending on which one.
Great cookies, poor service. Having a family member work at Crumbl, I know the standard of service. Visiting this location, I couldn't get someone to talk to me about placing a big order.
I left and decided to place it online for the next morning. Arriving at the end of my time window, the order was not ready and they didnt have enough cookies to fulfill the requested mix. 20 mins later, I just said.. fill with whatever you have available.

Quality and experience in store is always fine. I just find the flavors to be hit or miss. I either love or hate what I get. I’m not sure why they’re so polarizing. When they’re good they’re good, but when they’re bad they’re bad. Hands down the best is the churro, and the worst was the dole whip.
