We love to go to any Denny's in the country but what made this place awesome was Pat, she was amazing and gave us places to visit while in the area.

Me and my family pass through Connecticut on a family vacation and decided we were all hungry and to stop at Denny’s for the first time because it was close. We get in a A young man host us to our seat seating where we meet our elderly woman, Waitress her face and her whole demeanor changed when she realized who she would be servicing today and you could tell she wasn’t as happy. She kept ignoring my remarks to her and answering my wife’s questions and statements instead. Eventually, we got our food and my daughter started spitting hers out due to it tasting like dish soap, and my eggs were probably the smallest portion eggs I’ve ever seen in my entire life when we finally asked for the check, we go to pay then she give me the most bitter attitude saying you can go pay in the front where we were hosted for overall horrible service. Food was not that great and had concerns of food poisoning . I would not recommend you go here or at least to this exact location . Many aspects could be worked on might also add the bathrooms are unsanitary and disgusting.

I visited the Denny’s in Danbury CT on the night of July 4th 2025 with my family, hoping for a nice dinner. I simply asked the host or manager (not sure of his role) what time they closed. Instead of answering, he responded with, “I don’t know, what does the sign say?” When I repeated the question, he again said, “I don’t know, what does the door say?” in a dismissive and awkward tone. As a customer, I found this interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. We ultimately decided to leave. Disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. The goal is for this review to be used as a retraining opportunity for that gentleman working at 10:25pm on July 4th 2025. To learn how to have basic customer service skills.

2 2 2 Classic pancake eggs and bacon is as good as it gets. Now fluffily dancining with blueberries and forever coffee... worth the drive... worth the wait. SENIOR PRICING!
