A blue fake fingernail was located in the center of a container of ice cream. Double Twister was contacted and a request to speak with a manager or someone in charge. The employee on the phone didn't assist with speaking with a manager.

Got a small vanilla milkshake... it tasted like there was a scoop of cheap ice cream thinned with tap water. Maybe it was because it was after 9pm and someone got lazy but with the reputation double twister has this was a large fail on their part

The food was incredible. The best ice cream I have ever had. The staff were also incredibly nice and sweet, and wasn’t rude at all when we asked for a lot of samples. The lady working at the front was very helpful and very kind. Also, they have a ton of variety, so anyone can enjoy it. Plus, there is a ton of seating, inside or outside. Highly recommend… 10/10

Great tasting ice-cream, but the costumer service is absolutely disgraceful. The girls have constant attitude and not willing to answer questions. Being kind to customers should not be an ask. We've been coming here since 2010 and portions have gotten smaller, while prices stayed the same or increased. Very disappointed.

The first picture deceived me. Thought they have the bubble waffle, but no. Went because of that. Said only their city location has that. Also the potion is pretty small
