I went to Dunkin last night around 940pm and was the only customer in there and after waiting about 3/4 mins he walks by I assume he was making a pickup order but he completely ignored more and kept doing whatever he was doing a ding came in for another pickup order so he grabs it to make all while ignoring me another few minutes go by and as he walks by me to grab a bagel I ask “excuse me can I get my coffee real quick before I’m late to work” and he puts his finger up (telling me to wait a minute) and continues doing whatever he’s doing I’m sorry but that was extremely rude and no customer service he couldn’t even respond to me and continued doing whatever he’s he was doing after a few more minutes I ended up leaving without being helped and without even getting my coffee pickup orders should not always be priority and he could of very nicely answered or responded instead of ignoring me for 10mins ……… As a huge Dunkin lover it makes me want to change to a different coffee shop as this is not the first time something like this has happened Very unhappy

Dear Management Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recent unpleasant experience I had at your establishment.
As a long-standing customer, my wife and I have always enjoyed our visits to your establishment. However, during our recent visit approximately 20 minutes ago, we encountered an employee whose behavior was not in line with the high standards of customer service we have come to expect.
Regrettably, the staff member in question displayed a level of rudeness and arrogance that was both surprising and unwarranted. When I politely addressed her concerning her tone, she became defensive and unapologetic. Furthermore, her negligence led to my order being inaccurately taken, which I believe was a direct result of her inattentiveness while wearing earbuds.
It is disappointing to receive such treatment, especially considering the loyalty we have shown as regular patrons of your establishment. I believe that every customer, regardless of the circumstances, should be treated with respect and courtesy.
I kindly request that you address this matter with the staff member involved, as her behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and undermines the positive experiences we have previously enjoyed.
I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the resolution of this issue.
Great coffee and great service. This is one of my favorite dunkin locations due to their amazing customer service. If they mess up my drink they never fail to remake it just how I like it! 10/10 would recommend??☕️
Nothing personal really, except for the fact they've never sold expensive donuts before with the smallest selection ever! I do like their cold drinks as long as you don't mind the high price.

To me their all the same, overcharging for stale doughnuts that sat all day. Prices are just ridiculous.
Good service, friendly and great product knowledge! Enjoyed a warmed bagle twist. If u have not tried, highly suggest and no need for any smear, has some baked cheddar on top. Tasty vanilla cinn. dolce hot coffee... made a very rainy cold day a lot

I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! Way to go SEFI!

Worst place ever. No donuts for the rest of the evening, ordered an Americana, and they washed the machine and poor it into a cup and gave it to me. The workers were lost in space when spoke to them. They were not comprehending and could not maintain a conversation. Will never go there
