While I was ordering you, a girl was talking to me, and when she could hear me, I kept saying it over and over, and at one point she got angry and started scolding me.employees behavor is very route…and always give wrong

1 Of the junk place in Danbury I see in my life. The manager attitude very bad. After I order more than 15 minutes I am waiting for my food and they give me the wrong food I was very sad the service and they don’t know what I ordered.

This place is drive through only so they should be able to be efficient with just this, but unfortunately they aren’t. I’ve waited at the drive through at various times during the day for up to 10 mins, ordered ahead, and when I get up to the window, they have no idea what my order is and get it wrong even when I tell them my name.

Smallest and cutest Dunkin I've ever seen its a drive through only and we showed up a hour before close and got the best service 😁 the fellow at the window was the most personable and amazing service worker I've ever witnessed at a Dunkin.

There was a girl working there and when I went up to the speaker I mentioned my sister hadn’t completed an order. Then she said “ok” and nothing else. When I got to the window the man was very understanding about it. Absolutely no cars behind me and I heard the girl say “next tell her she needs to order ahead” every time this girl is here she is always very rude. This was around 2 on a Tuesday. Not all employees are nice there and makes it seem like it’s a burden when I simply want to order.

How hard is it to make a cup of coffee? I guess wayyyyy harder than I thought. 15 mins from order to getting it. What a cluster this place is. NEVER again will I do ANY Dunkin non-walkin store .....small footprint = horrible experience

I ordered a promotion drink, confirmed with them I still can order it, and waited 10 minutes in line just for them to tell me they “can’t do the deal anymore, they didn’t know”. Thought I would have been informed before I ordered, and was inconvenienced. They didn’t even try to help the situation. The staff was barely able to clearly communicate, and didn’t have much of a clue.

I love Dunkin but this spot never has an options. You wait in line 5-10 min only for your first 4 choices literally every week are not available. No management onsite and menu never reflects what is available. I am in line now and no Blueberry donut, no ham and swiss stuff, no chicken chipotle wrap or turkey sandwich. Never again. Do better Dunkin
