This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.
What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.
The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.

This place is nasty!! i watched an employee drop a cup pick it up if the floor full it and give it to the drive thru. The coffee tastes like crap bit like other dunkin I travel all over and they all are quite similar due to it being a franchise which is why i stick with it. But theirs is nasty and bitter. The bathrooms are filthy. Floors sticky around toilet toilets unclean with fecal matter all over it. You can tell it's been there a while and I was in there very early in the morning before 7am. Who ever management is need to get on the ball. I'll keep going to the one by cvs on the other end of main st. Clean restrooms attentive courteous staff.

Rudest girl at the window this morning. She practically screamed at me and I couldn’t understand what she was saying due to a thick accent and then was so annoyed the rest of the time because I was having trouble understand her English.

If it were up to me I wouldn't give them even one star Terrible service I ordered a bacon, cheese and ego sandwich and the lady gave it to me very kindly. I told her that she was wrong that it was only bacon and cheese and the cashier started yelling that no, I had told her like that and that's it. Likewise, when I placed my order at the cashier, she was super rude in the way she served.
