I had the worst coffe in my life here it tasted like milk with one drop of coffe no sugar or hazlenut I was on my way to church so I knew the enemy wanted to play games today I tiped a dollar even though the coffe was just bitter milk do better becuase America runs on dunkin and it did not serve or give what it was supposed to be given the coffe was not coffeing.

These kids are some of the best I've ever seen! I don't know why they do it for some of these ungrateful, privileged people but they try their best! I'm there almost every day and if not then every other day at least, for years now. They do their best. The things they put up with is RIDICULOUS. THEY ALL NEED RAISIES!!! Specifically the night shift... Destiny, Jasmine, Elijah, and Michael!

Just went to the one close to the hyway in main street and idk if the guy was a manager he was talking to a lady employee with arrogance an Actitued remember he said to her in a bad manner go now,and keep talking loud and with bad actitud to her ,hes skinney told guy with glasses she us short woman 3/8/2024

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive through for my mobile pick up. The loaded hash brown were made wrong & they forgot my donut as well. The lady at the window couldn’t understand me & just handed me the items. I attempted to call and it just continued to ring until it hung up. This isnt the first time the wait times have been long or items have been forgotten. This used to be a great Dunkin. Truly sad

I visit this Dunkin almost daily. Today the drive through was extremely slow. When I received the order I noticed that my coffee order was not right. I returned to the store and went in. I told the counter staff what had happened and the manager was very accommodating.She was directing at least 6 staff members to give me a new coffee and I mentioned that if an order sticker was placed on the cup it would be beneficial.The staff was so disrespectful and loud each one speaking out of turn in Spanish and from their attitude and voice volume were plainly rude and confrontational to the woman. They had little concern for me and other customers present in the store.Horrible display and a total lack of any professionalism!!

Good place but every once in awhile they take too long and when you're lookin through the window there when you're waiting in your car you'll see the staff laughing and joking with themselves instead of preparing. Other than that overall it's a good

I come to Dunkin donut everyday I’m a huge Dunkin coffee lover and I drink 3+ Dunkin coffees a day but at this point I’m gonna switch to Starbucks I repeat my coffee 3 times and yet I still get the wrong coffee everytime and when I ask for the correct one the staff is very rude I am not a happy customer and now I will not come back again it’s not the first or last time this has happened and after today I will not be back
The staff really doesn't listen to your order. They have got my order incorrect the multiple times I have gone at different times and days.

This location has to be probably the second worst dunkin in Danbury. They always have young kids that its apparent they do not want to work. The wait is EXTREMELY LONG to order, to pay and to receive what you ordered. The drinks are never done correctly and if you bring it up to their attention they have a terrible attitude about it. Horrible!!!!

We went through the drive through and ordered a chai latte, cappuccino and the new avocado egg and bacon sandwich First the person greeted us saying "what do you want?" No thank you for coming to DD, what can I help you with or get for you. That turned me off from the beginning. There was one car ahead of us and it took a very long time for one small bag they handed to the person ahead of usAgain the person at the window never greeted us just handed our things after she told us the total and took our card to charge. There was no thank you or any other customer service Again another disappointment, my avocado sandwich had no avocado!!!I noticed when we got to our destination and i didn't have time to return it.Very frustrated with the lack of customer service at this location in Danbury on Main Street. Very ghetto vibe. I will not return to that DD
