I just want to acknowledge the kindness of the DD employee with curly hair who worked on Sat 01/04/25 in the afternoon. You were so kind. I made a mistake and took someone else’s coffee and when I went to pay for it he realized of my mistake and was very kind. Great customer service!

You get here to literally get FAST FOOD and the wait time in the drive thru, with absolutely no cars in front, is 10 minutes. The lady doesn’t even say good morning.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No cars ahead of me. Then waited another 5-10 minutes for just three items. Worker was not pleasant.

I don’t normally rate a Dunkin whether good or bad but wanted to take a second to give a high rating. The woman at the drive through -Jay may be her name- is just lovely, warm, and friendly. Management should commend her and others like her who make a coffee run so pleasant.

My mom was in the hospital. Wanted a cup of coffee and a donut. One car ahead of me, great. Placed order a medium coffee and a donut. Pulled forward and waited and waited and waited while the car ahead of me was having an intense conversation with an employee. Finally after 10 min got to window. Coffee cup was stained with spilled coffee, had it changed. Poor aervice.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I can’t tell you how many times they have messed up a mobile order which was placed ahead of time and gives them extra time to prep it and my order has been wrong/missing items. I’ve gotten wax parchment paper in sandwiches, burnt bagels, but missing items seems to be the most common and frustrating.

We frequent this location almost every morning because it was right around the corner from our house. I had my boyfriend go in to pick up a mobile order for me while I sat in the car. he went inside and the workers said the order had been picked up. Whether they thought they thought it was picked up or not they gave him a hard time saying that person definitely already came and picked it up. I then went inside and questioned it then they started to prepare my order. I then complained to a very rude manager, mentioned we have had problems with our orders numerous times to which I showed them a picture of the parchment paper sandwich I was served and they said I had to come back the same day to report it which is inconvenient when that happens right before work. The last straw was picking up a drive through order and the girl at the window wipes her nose with her bare finger and then grabs our order and hands it to us. And THEN goes to make our coffees. No gloves wiped snot on her finger and then touched our food didn’t even complain bc it’s not worth it they don’t care don’t go here.

theres a homeless man that loiters inside this establishment who is asking every person that comes inside the store to buy him food or a coffee, he makes everyone extremely uncomfortable even the workers, he stays there for hours charging his phone and in general being a nuisance, completely ruins the atmosphere

I've been coming to this location for breakfast before work for about a year. Recently, it's become clear that they are dramatically understaffed. Today, despite putting in my order on the mobile app at 6:19 in the morning, they didn't have it ready until 6:39. 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and a sandwich is a bit much. It also seemed that their air conditioning system was broken so I had some sympathy for the staff. But this isn't the first time in the last 3 months. That service has been remarkably slow, despite the fact that the store wasn't particularly busy. I also noticed slipping quality control on most of the breakfast sandwiches, it seems that they're understaffed by about of two people per shift, until they hire more people, I don't think I'm coming back to this location.
