Ever since new management has taken over this store has gone down hill. I’m the only one at the driveway and have to say something for someone to take my order , coffee isn’t consistent and sometimes comes burnt , they claim to never have a lot of things and most all the customer service is terrible now. The new manager always has an attitude at the window and tries to rush people out in a hurry so they won’t notice the the mediocre / burnt drinks they’ve been handing out lately . Please find new management this store is a mess smh

At one earlier visit. There was no one at the drive-thru menu and when we went up to the window there was no one there either. We went into the store and ordered our coffee. Today was the opposite, we skipped by the drive-thru and went straight into the store. There was no one at the counter, apparently they were all working in the drive-thru window.

This my go-to Dunkin store and I love it! The coffee is great of course, but what makes it a wonderful experience are the lovely staff members inside. Edda at the drive-thru window is the kindest and most hard-working I've ever seen - always greets with a "Good morning" and a big smile. She's the best!!

This is my go-to Dunkin. Location is convenient for me, staff is friendly and competent, but the business model sells older, stale bagels... even early-ish on a Sunday morning. It is not a secret. If you ask the staff if the bagel is fresh or not, they will tell you the truth. If you don't normally toast your bagel prepare for a bummer of a surprise. Suggestion: donate yesterday's bagels to a food pantry.

This is the closest dunkin to my house, and I usually have a good experience but this past Sunday, I went to the drive-thru at 735pm, and they told me they weren't making any food items anymore. Just coffee and donuts. There was still almost an hour of open hours left (google has them as closed at 830pm). Unacceptable. I'm sure your shift doesn't end AT closing time. Clean after closing, not during your shift. It's still operating hours.

So I went inside this time because of a bad drive thru experience. The two girls that were working were talking badly about the customer who had just left. I felt uneasy about it, just seemed unprofessional. Food and drinks were good.

I stopped in at around 7:40 tonight as I made a mobile order online and I have to say the employees who were there were really nice. The drink I ordered was unavailable as their coolatta machine was broken, so the one man who was working offered if I wanted anything else instead. Therefore I ordered something else and didn’t have to wait long at all. I also have to say this location is nice and clean everytime I come in here.

I placed a mobile order in the Dunkin app for an iced latte today at 8:28pm, when I arrived the doors were locked and they were closed. Neither my Dunkin app nor Google Maps said they were closed, they say they close at 9pm. No way to get my money back. They offered to print me a receipt so I can take it to another Dunkin location and ask them to make it for me.
