This place is take out only so I don't get how it has reviews boasting about the interior atmosphere, but ok. This place sucks. Everytime we go here, they are out of everything!!! Three days last week, they are out of liquid sugar. Today, a Saturday at 6am, they tell me they are out of original coffee!!!! Dunkin out of coffee at 6am?! Make it make sense. Inventory is something that should be done daily for a place with that much business. The person running this place should really be more hands on. On top of that, they continue to accept online orders they can't even fulfill. They are out of coffee, but accept my order, I go pick up a freaking hot chocolate. Like why not deny the order and let me get what I actually want from elsewhere?!?! What a joke, the owner of this site should not be in the food industry. The owner of this location ignores his employees calls when they request to cancel an order online due to no stock in store. This owner is lazy, unprofessional, and clearly incompetent. Retiring and/or selling would be a great idea!!! I just feel bad for the employees cuz they actually do have a great attitude.

Dunkin is my favorite coffee spot around! They have great food options and drink options, sometimes it's hard for me to choose what drink to get because they have so many amazing ones! The workers truly touch my heart with their fantastic customer service I couldn't imagine nicer employee? my kids also love coming here because of their great cold coolata drinks, there are so many flavors it's shocking!??

Love that they know my order when I pull up to the drive-thru window for my morning latte ☕ . Sometimes they can get busy and I know it's hard to find good help these days but they do the best they can. I appreciate it.
Parking: Easy to park plenty of parking in the back also and in the front there is a beautiful small park as seen in the pictures and a beautiful newly renovated road Old Route 7 in Brookfield has granite sidewalks and brick inlay to walk on and drink your coffee and also walk across the street and go for a beautiful walk on the greenway in Brookfield Connecticut and if you need a haircut stop by Gary's barber shop all in the same street. What a spot for a coffee walk and haircut perfect.
