I went thru the drive thru and I was asking a simple question to see if I can switch out a coffee for a hot coco and the employee on the mic was just plain rude telling me that they couldn’t do that. And I told them I’ve done it before I stop at this Dunkin 2-3 times a week in the morning and always order the same thing. I don’t know why today out of all days I couldn’t do the switch. Never going back to this Dunkin again the person was just rude and talked to me as if I was an idiot.

When you emphasize and distinctly state your order the staff seems incapable of getting it right the first time. Also, drive-through may be the lions share of business but that's not an excuse to ignore walk-in customers for 5 minutes.

I asked for an espresso. It was totally cold. I asked if they make fresh coffee, the worker didn’t respond to me. She was too busy taking the next order. She just ignored me.Don’t bother going to this Dunkin’ Donuts and spending any money. Very poor service and poor quality of product.

I travel for work, and rely on Dunkin for consistency. This is the absolute worst representation of Dunkin products. The hash browns are always hard as rocks, the wake up wraps are so over cooked that the cheese is brown and the tortilla just completely crumbles when you bite into it. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt over the past 6 weeks, but I will leave an extra 5 mins early to go down the street to the next location. Maybe if they spent less time decorating for the holidays they could use that time to retrain their employees on proper food prep…

me and my mom went in hoping to be serviced, but waited there for 20 minutes just to not be staffed. They were preoccupied with other things, didn't bother even talking to us or even try to. All of them saw us, but none of them even said anything. will not come back
