When you emphasize and distinctly state your order the staff seems incapable of getting it right the first time. Also, drive-through may be the lions share of business but that's not an excuse to ignore walk-in customers for 5 minutes.

There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.
