I pre-ordered 4 dozen small grinder rolls and told the girl on the phone we would come early to pick up this morning. My Friends also ordered 2 dozen rolls and 2 Elefant breads AT MY RECOMMENDATION!!! My granddaughters arrived at 8:30 this morning to pick up both orders and neither order was ready and they were forced to wait more than an hour while the staff argued and literally yelled at each other.
