Upon a resent visit to this establishment the customer serivce was horrible and the building is a hole in the wall. I would not recommend this palce to anyone. One of my family members left an item in the restroom. When we inquired about the item we were told to call back several times. We were miss informed about when staff members that cleaned the bathrooms would return to work and hung up on more than once.

Went to this establishment on 4/18/2022 after spending the day at Thrillz. On 4/19/2022 my little sister realized that she left her driver's permit in the woman's bathroom. I called F&M at 11:40 to explain the situation and I was told by the woman on the phone that she does not speak English and to call back at 2 pm. I called back at 2pm and was informed by a gentleman that the server we had on 4/18/2022 would be in at 5pm and to speak with her. I called back around 6 pm and I received the same treatment and well as being hung up on. This is not OK! I kept asking for someone who could speak English to rectify this situation. My little sister's personal information is on her permit and the fact that no one can/would answer me is poor management.

This bar/restaurant is small and a little cramped more or less a nice little hole in the wall. But the food was amazing. The menu has Mexican and Ecuadorian food as week as some American choices. The ceviche was sweet but very good. The quisquillas were amazing and that's hard to do for something so simple to make. The price was reasonable some things were pricy but otherwise decent. The service from the waitress could've been better but all in all would recommend.
I went to Fajitas & Margaritas with couples of friends after work and it was not good, but staff was very nice to us.
