Visited at 5pm on Sunday and it was packed - no parking. Upon entering the restaurant for our reservation, it was hopping, but we were able to be seated. But it was full. Service was OK at first but it felt like each waitress had too many tables, as the service got slower and slower through the evening. This place is not super fancy, more of a family sit-down. But to get to any of the tables, everyone had to slide through a space between a seated customer and a counter. Food was delicious and I would go there again to eat, but don't expect to be in and out at peak hours.

The food was wonderful it was crazy busy we had to wait a few hours for our food had two to three different waiters as my brother left a tip the waiter waved them down outside asking if it was some kind of mistake because she didn’t lie the tip that was giving thats very unprofessional and wil never spend a dime in there again

We go there consistently both dining in and to go. Today was the 3rd time in 3 weeks for takeout that's been wrong. We won't go back. Last week we ordered baked ravioli and got 4 boiled ravioli that was rock hard, no cheese and not baked. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt of being busy. Just now ordered a small pizza well done and a veal parm with extra blue cheese. $46. Got home and the pizza was raw and inedible. Veal parm was good but salad came with Italian dressing when we asked and paid for extra blue cheese. It used to be good food at a good price. It is now horrible food and expensive. We will not be back.

Local treat off the beaten path. Great food, local spot, huge portions, and fabulous price point. Fresh food, lovely staff, and family oriented restaurant. Take out or dine in...both are good! Hubby loves the chicken scarpiella sp and I like a Lasagne Florentino special.

Parking situation is a little crazy. Not enough spots. It has a nice atmosphere and the hostess was super sweet. however, other customers that were seated after us were served their meal before us..we were seated for over an hour before our meal came out which felt like way too long. The food itself wasn’t bad but it was not good enough to justify the wait. At least it was pretty cheap for a large portion.

Love the food from this location and was craving it because I am pregnant but really upset with my order today. Received the wrong dressing for my salad. I asked for a baked ziti and was told ground beef could be added. Instead I received the pasta with tomatoes sauce and ground beef. No cheese and barely any sauce. Very disappointed.

I ordered catering for a small Halloween Party I was having for my family and grandchildren and the food was amazing! I ordered Chicken Piccata, Baked Ziti with meat sauce and Eggplant Rollatini with red sauce. Yummy! Thank you, Gisella's! My party was a success because of your delicious food. What a pleasant surprise! Our first time here and we enjoyed ourselves so much. From being greeted pleasantly when we entered to being seated really set the time for hope our evening was going to be. The waitress was helpful and suggested a great dinner selection which I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable and allowed for easy conversation. The menu provided a nice range of dishes and the good was delicious. The portions were plentiful. We were not rushed. It was a great experience and we look forward to returning here.

It's my 1st time here. The staff are nice and friendly. However, the food was lacking some flavor. I ordered the zupa de pesce, and it was not flavorful as I had this dish at other places..... I had not tried their pizza, so I can not comment on it.
