Steak and lobster came out a little cold and lacking flavor. I’m sure the full hibachi experience would have been better

Service was less than ideal. Food was good but some was cool by the time it got to our table.

Very unprofessional staff. Hostess was very rude, made comments about my son being loud when he was actually well behaved, told me people were complaining....considering the whole place is loud. Food was nothing to brag about. Very expensive for no reason. Payed over $100 for me, my son and my boyfriend and we didnt even have mixed drinks just soda. Definitely will NEVER be back to this location. Very dingy, unclean, unorganized. Waited over an hour to have food even started. Do yourself a favor and stay away from.this place. If I could give no stars I would.

What can I say? The food was excellent and the service was entertaining and amusing. The chicken was cooked to perfection.

Took visiting friends here for dinner and had a good time. We had a couple of vegetarians in the group and they had got options as well. Service was fast and the chef was very nice - he entertained with the performance while also being friendly. The cocktails were good and we left the place stuffed after the meal.

I don’t know what kind of rave reviews Ichro is getting, but my experience was absolutely awful from start to finish. If you’re thinking of trying this place — don’t. Seriously, save yourself the disappointment (and possibly food poisoning).
First off, the service was unbelievably slow. We waited 40 minutes just to place an order, and another 30 to get the food. No apology, no update, just awkward glances from the staff as they avoided our table like we had the plague.
Now, let’s talk about the food — if you can even call it that. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, and what I got was a rubbery, flavorless mess sitting in a puddle of something that tasted like sugary soy water. The rice was dry, the vegetables were overcooked, and my friend’s sushi roll looked like it had been made by a blindfolded toddler.
The atmosphere? Imagine eating in a dim, overly loud room that smells vaguely like burnt oil and bad decisions. Even the drinks were weak — both in flavor and presentation. I honestly can’t believe they’re charging these prices for food that belongs in a cafeteria.

We went there today thought would get a free kid hibachi as they advertise on the website. However they told us no more that promotion and charged us $20 for the kid’s meal.
Meat portion has dropped a lot since we came last time back in March. Plus they are charging $3 more if you order fried rice without telling you when you ordered.
Pre-added 18% tips for two adults and one toddler. Spent $108 total for 3 of us.
Don’t think would ever go back.

Don't think you're getting a free entree (up to 22$) as ads and website promise. In the fine print- I'm talking I needed a jeweler's loupe to read it- no holidays, not good on specials....AND you must be a party of 5 or larger! And you don't get it anyway, because the offer ran out Saturday. Server and hostess were nasty and unconcerned.
