As soon as my husband and I walked in it smelled weird when we were walking to go sit down the smell got stronger and stronger. It smelled like garbage and it smelled like they re-use their water to mop the floor. They need some air freshener and plug ins so it can smell better. It was so unbearable me and my husband got up and left. It’s sad IHOP is a million dollar company and they can’t afford to have their establishment smell good for their customers to enjoy the food and scenary

This place smelt horrible. You walk in and your hit with such a rotten smell. You sit down to eat and it just makes you gag. We had to leave immediately. Another group came in with us and followed us out the door.

1 person Tuesday morning 9:30 not busy had to wait 30 minutes for ham and cheese omelette and pancakes and server came out with wrong order no pancakes didn't eat asked for my check for orange juice and left absolutely horrible no wonder why place is always empty

So far, it's the best IHOP restaurant I've ever been. The food is great and served hot. Service is attentive.
On our way out of town we stopped here. Best thing! We learned about the sirlon tips and omlette. Sooo good

Please IHOP corporate, get a cadaver dog in there to find the uncovered vent pipe that’s making your restaurant smell of raw sewage… the whole place reeks of sewage, the building first opened in 2014 as Mazzo, after ihop took over and made changes to the layout the first floor dining room reeks of sewage, probably from an uncovered vent pipe in the walls. The poor staff shouldn’t have to deal with this. Food quality was as expected for a chain, service was friendly, but we will not be dining in again till the smell is addressed
