First and last time at the Danbury location. I usually go to the Brookfield location, which is ALWAYS amazing, but wanted to order closer to home and now regret it. Meat is minimal on the sandwich with no flavor, they forgot my mayonnaise, forgot my extra cheese, and they skimp on the toppings. Asked for light mayo and mustard on my daughter’s sandwich, and got a ton of it. Do these people even read the prep instructions??? Save your time and money and just go to the Jersey Mike’s in Brookfield, where the service is outstanding and they make their sandwiches with love.

I have been to many Jersey Mike locations most of all of them make the sandwiches the same but at this one particular location they don’t. When I come to this particular location, the bread is not fresh. The vegetables are not fresh and there’s hardly any meat on the sandwich. You can feel the difference by the weight of the bag versus DANBURY’s sandwich and RIDGEFIELD’s sandwich RIDGEFIELD and Wilton are great Jersey Mike’s locations to go to before I wrote this review. I had Ridgefield Jersey Mike’s and DANBURY Jersey Mike’s three different times so this is not a one off type of review.

I guess when you order a regular veggie mikes way on rosemary parm with pickles and banana peppers it actually means a slice of Swiss 1 slice of bell pepper banana peppers and pickles. And nothing else. Always hated this place. Jimmy John’s is way better.

This place is garbage! People in line get ignored while they make online orders. The sandwich was not edible at all. Totally disgusting chicken something they cooked from a frozen product. Never returning.

Literally leaving this review sitting outside of the store. I visited here 11/7 at 2:10 pm. The young lady behind the register is very rude. I’m from westchester and just moved to Putnam county and have been wanting Jersey mikes for the past few weeks. I am used to Jersey Mikes on central ave in Hartsdale the food and the service is always good. The service here was horrible people here with her attitude needs to stay in the back and work with customers if you have no customer service skills! The sandwich was disgusting also, I asked if she can slice my meat thin and she did what she wanted to. The salami was also discolored! I will never return here!!

I’ve ordered from here twice but through door dash so unfortunately I was unable to walk in and watch them make the sandwich. Both times items were missing on the sandwich or items I asked to be removed were still on. I just ordered right now and the whole sandwich was wrong, and to make it worse, the other half only had 1 thin slice of turkey on it. How do you unevenly add the main ingredient ? I don’t know. Tried calling the shop and the phone number doesn’t work. Very disappointing to be sent food like this. It’s lacking half of the things I added/removed as well as half of it being empty???? Thankfully I got a refund but how do you wrap this up and send it out? So thanks for half of a mini sandwich!! Basically enough food for a bird.

Upon arrival, you have three employees sitting on the counter where food is to be prepared.The countertops are filthy most of the times.I’m telling you right now I’m a come back and catch the fade with the little curly haired dude.
