The girl that took my order was friendly but rushing me so when i got my sandwich it was not cut and she said we dont cut sandwiches but the person behind me had 3 sandwiches and she was cutting oll of then and when i asked her to cut mine she gave me a look like an attitude but cut it and didn't wrap it back .

Just ordered 2 sandwiches to go, got on the highway and neither sandwiches are what we ordered. We spent $27 for food that we don't want and the 2 people working there were very unpleasant. It is also about 40 degrees in the restaurant so quite an inhospitable place. Skip this one if you can.

This place sucks can’t get a order correct last order I put in paid for double meat did not get double meat just picked my order up today I ordered bacon on my sandwich paid for bacon and let’s see didn’t get my bacon need to close this store and get new people

First and last time at the Danbury location. I usually go to the Brookfield location, which is ALWAYS amazing, but wanted to order closer to home and now regret it. Meat is minimal on the sandwich with no flavor, they forgot my mayonnaise, forgot my extra cheese, and they skimp on the toppings. Asked for light mayo and mustard on my daughter’s sandwich, and got a ton of it. Do these people even read the prep instructions??? Save your time and money and just go to the Jersey Mike’s in Brookfield, where the service is outstanding and they make their sandwiches with love.

I have been to many Jersey Mike locations most of all of them make the sandwiches the same but at this one particular location they don’t. When I come to this particular location, the bread is not fresh. The vegetables are not fresh and there’s hardly any meat on the sandwich. You can feel the difference by the weight of the bag versus DANBURY’s sandwich and RIDGEFIELD’s sandwich RIDGEFIELD and Wilton are great Jersey Mike’s locations to go to before I wrote this review. I had Ridgefield Jersey Mike’s and DANBURY Jersey Mike’s three different times so this is not a one off type of review.

I guess when you order a regular veggie mikes way on rosemary parm with pickles and banana peppers it actually means a slice of Swiss 1 slice of bell pepper banana peppers and pickles. And nothing else. Always hated this place. Jimmy John’s is way better.
