John’s pizza is a classic pizza place from the 80’s. We stopped in for dinner on a trip and it was like walking back to the local pizza place from my childhood. Even the booths were the same. The pizza was very cheese. If you love cheese you will love the thick layer on top of a tasty dough and sauce. Recommended for a place to drop in and grab a pie. Be aware they only take cash.
I don’t have anything bad to say about John’s. The pizza is amazing! We ended up here a second time for dinner and treated local family of ours from PA & NY and they all said the pizzas was “amazing” and “some of the best I’ve had in a long time.” John and his family were all kind and helpful and happy to chat, very welcoming. I visiting from out of town, and they were so welcoming! the pizza was absolutely some of the best I’ve ever had, a great crust and good balance of cheese and sauce. their bread was amazing, regular and garlic. I highly recommend if you want a great experience AND delicious pizza! (it is cash only! just a heads up)
