There's a reason when you drive by this place theirs never a car in the drive-thru or the parking lot. The chicken is always dry as if it's been sitting there for hours and hours. Years ago I used to love KFC it was always juicy and fresh. I'm done with KFC.

I’ve always had a decent experience here. KCF isn’t fine dining, but it hits the spot when you really want some fried chicken. It’s conveniently right off one of the main roads so I usually just use the drive through. I don’t have a complicated order so usually I get what I need. In the past others I’ve ordered with have gotten some items made wrong so beware of that and check your bag before you drive off.

This place is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I have never been more disappointed in the outright attitude I received from the only cashier that appear to be on staff today. I had previously called this location to ask a question about ordering online and he pretty much explained to me that I was doing it wrong and not following the steps with an attitude figuring I would stop by and place my order in person I don't know if this is the same man, but he was the only cashier didn't say hi to me, ignored me when I said hello, rolled his eyes immediately when I asked him a question and seemed pissed off that I had the audacity to ask him a question about some thing on the menu, I will never return to this KFC I'm a pretty easy-going person, but when it comes to the attitude I received today I couldn't help it write this review. In hopes that other people will see it. The one star is purely due to the fact that you can not review without adding a star!

Ordered a deal with fries. The lady said it didn't cone with fries. Even tho the pic showed fries & charged me an extra 5 bucks instead of fixing it.. Enjoy,we won't be back

New nuggets are epic, gonna give the guys at Chick-fil-A a run for their money. I think they were a little surprised to see me before noon but it was delicious and the restaurant was clean ?

KFC’s big box combo with the chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets and fries is kind of looking like it’s trying to imitate Chik-Fil-A’s combo meal… These fast food chains should stop making their food soo addictively tasty hahah ?? ?They tempt me to break “my diet,” and I’m very interested in nutrition and healthy eating. Other than the taste, the atmosphere and service were commonplace with what you’d expect from any old fast food chain ??It’s not bad at three stars, not at all. But I’m just so familiar with how chains like these operate, so I’m basically just saying that it didn’t stand out as a better-than-average experience

I like food that doesn't come in a sandwich. KFC is one of a few fast foods out there which you can get that way.
Handling a very busy lunch rush with aplomb. Very professional and courteous from the manager to the counter. This manager is my hero. The food was some of the best I’ve had at the KFC. Cooked perfectly, crispy and moist. This location is run in the true spirit of the Colonel.Thank youCap’n Dave

They took 45 minutes to come out with the food, were very unpleasant, and got the drinks wrong. The store was dirty and there were no other customers inside, so it was kind of silly for them to struggle as much as they did.

This particular KFC is good, but I believe that the people that work there would rather be home! I will not visit this one again! Danbury location By the way, KFC prices are way up and the quality of the chicken has gone way down

What’s the point of having a drive thru if I can’t even use it to pick up an online order?? I shouldn’t have to exit my car and walk inside all the way to the front counter to get my food when the drive thru window is literally right next to it from the inside? Stupid rule especially while we’re still in a global pandemic.
