My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at La Canchita Restaurant. We ordered four steaks on a Sunday, and to our dismay, all we received were chunks of fat instead of quality steak. It became apparent that the restaurant sources extremely poor-quality meat.Upon complaining, the waitress offered to replace the dishes, but even after two attempts, the replacement steaks were just as terrible. To our shock, the waitress candidly admitted that the establishment doesn't invest in good-quality meat. We were charged a whopping $165 for a dining disaster.When I spoke to the owner, his initial response was harsh, but he eventually promised a refund. However, he conveniently started ignoring texts and failed to follow through. This entire ordeal left us with a dreadful experience, and I rate La Canchita Restaurant a dismal 0 out of 10.In light of this, I am taking the matter to the Danbury Food Department and Consumer Affairs. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this restaurant.

The worst place for a concert, yesterday we were a group of 12 people with a VIP reservation who had reserved two tables, when we arrived they had already given our tables to other people. The terrible sound, the fatal experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never return here again. So much to say about how horrible we had here, all I can say is that it was the worst experience!

I went here for a concert and it was horrible. The drinks were over priced and the singer came at 1am and was done by 1:30am. Dont spend money going to concert at this place.

I was there last Saturday attending Yiyo Sarante's concert. It lasted maybe about an hour and the sound was terrible, I know the lirics of his songs, otherwise I wouldn't be able to know what was he singing. Too bad because great artists perform there, but I don't think concerts are worth to attend. Also, they could hire real bartenders, none of them knew how to make the drink I was asking for.

Went for a concert and found it to be incredibly unorganized. We had a party of 14 and the tables weren’t set for our group even though we paid for VIP seating. It was a challenge getting the drinks. Took a while. Ended up being over priced. We did order some food for while we waited for cover to begin and that was good.

This place is big and with good music of all kind such as bachata, regeton,cumbia, rock and quebraditas and good Salsa. The only thing about this place is that they let you in with your working clothes. Nobody, but girls dress up for the occasion the rest very few. I cannot make any comment on the food because I didnt eat anything, but it looks very good. I ill post on it later.

Went to a concert here December 03/202 to see El Chaval de la Bachata and I bought 6 VIP tickets and when I arrived there with my tickets and friends they told me that I was supposed to buy a 12 years old Whiskey with the tickets where it didn't say it on the tickets platform, they didn't allow me to use the VIP table and didn't give me the VIP price back and I was not the only one with this situation, when I went to write a review I saw that they been praying this for every concert for a long time

We went there for the Alzate concert and everything was great! Starting from the greetings when you first arrive until the end of the show. Staff was friendly and security was on point. I was skeptical to go since all the negative reviews, but I'm glad I went. Definitely going back to see another show.
