Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

DON’T EAT HERE! Awful- food was inedible and disgusting. Ordered online- was expecting food to be somewhat fresh , but got what tasted like stuff that was old and reheated probably multiple times. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Laredo Bowl- for this, you pick a few items from a drop down window and they are supposed to assemble it for you. The place could not get the order right ! How hard is it to scoop food into a bowl? It’s not like it’s made fresh- that’s for sure, so you would think that would make things easier- wrong! The order was supposed to be for a bed of Romaine Lettuce- there was maybe 3 or 4 shreds of lettuce in the whole thing. Instead I got a whole lot of rice , which was only supposed to be a side item - I was expecting a sprinkle. The fajita part was non-existent- which is too bad, because the sautéed peppers and onions are probably my favorite. The chicken was disgusting and had a very off putting flavor- I couldn’t eat it. I highly recommend you skip this place and find something else where they serve food you can actually eat and enjoy.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great service and tacos. They press the tortillas in front of you and then griddle them. Great find in a 711.
I've been here twice already. First time, the worker left without notifying anyone. This last time, it took a minute but someone eventually helped me out. The food is OK but they make up for it with the flour tortillas. I will need to come back during breakfast hours.

The tamales are delicious the bardacoa are also good the carnitas have a lot of fatty rubber pieces but over all not bad and the eggs and sausage was good and chorizo and eggs was also very tasty
