I had to announce my arrival at the front to and even went to remark on the nice decor and strike up a convo but it was just an awkward uncomfortable experience with subpar food as a consolation prize. The meat was dry and lifeless. I got the al pastor and the steak to see what the establishment had.

I always wanted try this place ever since they opened and I finally did ! The Service and food was amazing, the beauties of the restaurant is you can sit outside and enjoy the weather cutest little place outside., love it; my only concern about this place is the price on the drinks super expensive and not a fair drink(not tasty, no flavor ,not strong & portion not good/fair) I was charged almost $19 for a Margarita Passion Fruit frozen, this is crazy! no way! . I don’t mind paying but you need to be fair about what you’re serving . I might give it a second try. Like I mentioned above to give a second try. I did went back and the food so good, I ordered one of the best dishes so tasty .love it all tacos amazing ,tacos Tuesday $1 each . 🌟Yareli the waiter was very nice and friendly liked the first time I was there; she’s amazing 🌟 this time I had to stay away from the Margarita too expensive, no Joke! Owner needs to revisit 👀 prices . I can get the same Margarita for $14 up the street two blocks away and others place.

I’ve ordered food from here in the past and the food was great, that’s why I’ve always went back. Today I went to order my usual but since I didn’t want onions nor peppers the lady taking my order made it seem as if “the chef” wouldn’t know how to season my food without it. Before that she kept constantly bringing up how it would be a up charge since I didn’t want the vegetables as if I was concerned about the pricing… I feel because I wasn’t Hispanic she tired to dumb down my knowledge on something I always order with no problems. Like stated I’ve never had this problem before so I felt RACIALLY PROFILED from the walk in. But since “the chef” doesn’t know how to season my food I kindly walked out of their establishment. This evening I placed a over the phone order of shrimp, quesadilla no bell peppers and onions only shrimp and cheese also three bar tacos
I explained my order three times because the person over the phone couldn’t understand it.
I took a Uber on my way to my destination and stopped and picked up the food
I went there and picked up the food
Went all the way to new Milford, which is about 30 minutes away
Just to notice that they messed up my order
I called to let them know
I was serviced by a very rude young lady name supposedly Patricia that claims that she works there, but doesn’t know the manager never met the manager because she only works the evening
Long story short, she explained to me I have to bring back the food in order to get a refund and I told her I don’t have a ride and I am all the way in Milford despite the person before her explain to me they will come and pick up the food just for me to get my refund
Now she continued to rudely say that she can’t do nothing unless I get the food back and I explained to her I am not local
She couldn’t help me at all horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there with that type of customer service
So many different ways, she could’ve handled that differently
But apparently, she’s the person that runs the restaurant

Apart from the fact that you are going to eat $1 tacos and margaritas and the restaurant is full, do you have the nerve to complain please...! In my opinion it seems like an excellent service and as people we must have patience and understanding because the waiters do a good job and give good attention and do everything possible to get all the food out on time but there are people who are incomprehensible we have to be a little more empathy because they are also people and on top of that they leave negative opinions to pay so little and not leave them even a good tip.!! From my point of view, everything was very good and the waitress was very professional and friendly, without a doubt my favorite place for Mexican food.

The reason my friend had the drink was because we were waiting for a long time, not because she liked it. I didn't drink it because it didn't taste good and I'm not going to drink it if I don't like it. So you say that waiting for more than an hour and in the end not being able to eat are things that happen and are out of your hands? Isn't offering that your food would be made as soon as possible and saying that it would take much more time professional? If you know it's a busy day, why not be better prepared?
