Visiting Danbury, CT for the weekend and looking for a place to have a nice Saturday night meal we checked out reviews and Market Place Kitchen & Bar was listed with good reviews. We were pleased to find that we were staying close to Market Place Kitchen & Bar and so we went for dinner. The wait for a table was a little long... apparently Market Place is happening...so we took two seats at the full-service bar. I had a delicious steak sandwich and being from Philly I am...

Erick and his staff were very accommodating. I had to find a place last minute and booked a week before for a Happy Hour for 35 people. Food and drinks were great. Brussel sprouts were a crowd favorite as well as many more appetizers. Will definitely be planning another event with them soon. Everyone had a great time!

I was in town on a work trip and found Market Place Kitchen & Bar – Danbury while searching for top spots in the area. I’m so glad I did—it’s a gem.

When you arrive, the bright red umbrellas on the patio immediately set a fun, vibrant tone. Inside, the ambiance is incredible: low, moody lighting, warm accents, and exposed brick. It feels romantic but equally welcoming for a business dinner or casual night out.
