A gem in the rough. I certainly didn't expect anything nearly as great as this place was. Everything was prepared perfectly. Right down to the penne served with my veal parm. A very nice wine list, reasonably priced. Staff was small, seating limited due to Covid, but staff was attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely go back.

We love the service at Mazzos. The pizza we got was spectacular! We did have an issue twice with the stromboli. The dough inside was completely raw. I spoke with the owner, he gave us a seconds stromboli for free. That had raw dough also. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because this is a local business that CARES!!! Not everything is perfect all of the time. I am so impressed with the response I received from the owner. This is a pizza place you definitely want to try!! They care about their customers!!! Thank you.

Don’t go! You go in to be greeted by a man screaming in his phone and yelling at his employees on what to do.Bad service. Food was cold, staff was slow to check in on us and the place was literally empty.Do better Mazzo.

Outstanding. Very chic and suave. From the appetizers to desserts it was a wonderful experience. The main courses and dinks were fantastic. Groovy music to go along with the tv screens showing a variety of shows including a fireplace was neat. Attentive service but not annoying by the waitstaff was appreciated. Ample parking. Will go again.

One of the best restaurants in Danbury. Can not even be compared to any of the other Italian restaurants in the area. We have tried cheeses, appetizers, and a few main courses. Everything was great. We are very happy to find this place and will certainly be coming back many more times!
Great service and very good food.. Had a great time for my daughter's birthday. The waiters over heard us wishing her a happy Birthday, they later came out with a cake and candle without being told. Well done gentlemen, thank you.
