Absolutely horrible experience this time. I ordered my food, a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, a 10 piece nugget, a large fry and a Hi-c. The person I was with ordered their food. They got their food first and I waited for mine. I finally got mine and quickly looked in my bag to make sure it was what I ordered, it all looked fine so I left. We got a few miles down the road and I opened the box for my quarter pounder and I was not a quarter pounder it was a fish sandwich! I looked at my order ticket and the ticket on my bag and they both said quarter pounder. This should not happen, the workers have a person's order in plain English right in front of them there is no excuse for them to put a fish sandwich in a bag when the order says quarter pounder. I just don't understand how this can happen. I was not happy at all I was looking forward to the quarter pounder.

I decided to give this McDonald's a third try after almost 2 years voiding at Pandanaram Road because their terrible service, lack of English knowledge, and effort to customer service. This third time was even worse. All i asked was for my McFurry to be swirled mixed and not just thrown on top, their excuse was they only do that with the Oreos and my excuse was that's not what the advertising shows. My fries were cold, my burger was salty, and my drink tasted like carbonated old. I was so pissed off that I threw my whole $25 order to the trash bin. What a waste of my time and money. I'm never coming back and sure do not recommend this location. I'm done!!

Couldn’t find my order and refuse to look for it and kept saying no speak English and when I translate it to them they walked away and wouldn’t help me or give me my money back either

I went to pick up my mobile order today, gave the woman at the mic my number. When I drove up she gave me the wrong receipt, I explained my order was wrong and showed her my code from my phone. She spoke to someone else and they said oh okay no worries drive up. So I drove up and the manager Elsa also tried to hand me the wrong food. I had to explain myself all over again until she repeatedly kept asking me “where is the food” and it took me a minute to register that she was accusing me of already having picked up the food. I showed her the receipt with the time and date and address of the order which was literally 1 minute earlier than the time it currently was and repeatedly kept accusing me of stealing saying that she didn’t care what the screen says. I guess she saw I was being serious at some point and offered to make my food for me but at that point I didn’t want it. I don’t need to be accused of stealing some French fries. McDonald’s is not allowing me to refund my order it’s saying I need to contact the location but the location isn’t helping me so I’ll do a charge back with my bank. Elsa needs to find a new profession.

I used the drive-thru. This facility has two lanes in which to place your order. Unfortunately, it didn't help expedite traffic. At this location, it doesn't seem to. The employee who took my order was helpful. The gal who took my payment + handed me my food was very nice.
Once again, although this Micky D's has a separate window for payments only, doesn't avail itself if this potential time saver (+ way to get money for Ronald McDonald House), so what's the point.
I got a double quarter pounder with cheese. I was unpleasantly surprised to see the sandwich fit in the same box that a single quarter pounder fits in. C'est la vie. BTW - My food only came with a top + bottom bun, no third piece of bread in the middle.
Parking: There are, of course, parking spots for customers who order ahead + await their food to be brought out to them. There are also handicapped spots that unfortunately become blocked by drive-thru traffic.

Today we went to eat a hamburger and the drink specifically the spryte had a bad taste, they should check the containers where they keep the drinks because it tasted like something very old

They were on the busy side(I guess), to their defense.. but with no bs, I asked for a number 1, M, with a 4pc McNugget … and they couldn’t even deliver that… on purpose!!! To clearly be spiteful they made my burger as the photo follows.. clearly a lack of respect, and proof

What can I say, it's McDonald's.. food was cold. I ordered a big mac and fries ...I can't remember the last time I had a fresh hot burger served to me at McDonald's. Fries are hit or miss...you can't even complain anymore bc the staff just doesn't care or dont speak english...it's not just this franchise, it's all McDonald's
