Dirty table, attitude when I politely asked them to clean it. There has been a McDonald's at this location for as far back as I can remember. When the dominant language spoken here went from English to Spanish, it went downhill hard and fast! Back in the 70's and 80's this McDonald's was great, the current set up will NEVER be that good!!

Rude and discourteous in general. A couple of exceptions. As good fortune would have it, I did not go to McDonald's seeking new friends but to eat in relative secrecy to the outside world. Mission accomplished but after posting this review I must confess I have now failed miserably. Also don't be fooled into ordering the $4 "hashbrowns" as it is not plural but the singular "hashbrown". That's a lot for the equivalent of about 9 or 10 French fries.

Sometimes it can get busy.. but Iâve still enjoy coming to this Mc Donaldâs. The staff Iâve recognized since I was a little kid. Very kind and respectful.

Ordered food on the app and then my husband and I ended up adding to our order. We live an hour away from that location so I figured we would either be able to get our money back or get the order back from a different location. Whoever the lady is a supervisor and gets in at 10am on a monday (12/9) morning is very rude. I had called the day before because they forgot to give an item to my order. The guy that I spoke to that night had told me there was no supervisor/manager working so I would need to call in the morning. He was very nice and and apologized for what happend and said that he would make the order if we wanted to pick it up. We live and hour away so I told him that it would just be inconvenient and if we could get our money back. Well, I call in the morning and whoever I spoke to said that the supervisor wasnt in. Right when it hit 10am the lady gave the phone to the âsupervisorâ who informed me that I HAD to pick up the item that I was missing at their location and she will not be giving me back our money. SoooâŠare you telling me that McDonalds is just gonna steal from me when I dont receive the service that I paid for? Good think I have friends in that area to pick up what THEY forgot to put in my order. Atleast a friend will be able to have dinner. Absolutely terrible âsupervisor.â When I also informed the lady who would pick up the order I said Tina and when she said Leana I had corrected her and said âoh no its Tina, t-i-n-aâ and her response was âyou dont have to do that I know how to spellâ well if you knew how to listen I didnt said the name you repeated to me. 2-stars mainly for the guy that I spoke to yesterday night who couldnât help me but at least he knows what good customer service is.

At this very moment I had an order of 30 pieces of 4 M cold nuggets and they only gave me 20 nuggets and because I came back to ask about my 10 pieces that were missing from my order which I had already paid, the man who took the order shouted at me that I only wanted free food as I was not paying my money, very bad service from that ignorant person. The others were very friendly.
Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food is always prepared fresh and properly. Great place for a quick bite!

Shockingly good burgers here.. I don't eat fast food anymore unless I'm driving far and need to have a quick cheap hot bite to eat... I don't remember liking McDonald's burgers like the 2 cheeseburger deluxe we each ate. buy one get one for a dollar which at least makes an attempt to be cheap. Otherwise those are $3.30 ea off the "value menue". I'm not sure if it's every McDonald's but the ones we were at wasn't clear whether you had to order on the touchscreen kiosk or were able to get someone to take your order at the register there was a football night in the town we were passing through and the place was packed with high school kids. This is probably to our benefit as what we ordered clearly just was made seconds before. And while frazzled, the staff we're friendly and professional. again, not a big fast food consumer... but it definitely seems as though McDonald's got an upgrade over the past few years. As silly as it would be to read all of this for a McDonald's, such is my writing this about a McDonald's..
