This is the BEST pizza in Danbury. Pizza is a simple food but not simple to get right. These people nailed it. Crispy crust, bright and balanced sauce. Everything works perfectly. Keep up the good work! I’d upload a picture but I just ate the two slices I got for lunch today.

Its crazy how thier quality has steadily gotten worse and worse.....this pizza today looks like my son made it; some thick parts and some so thin its ridiculous. Its the smallest large pie I have ever seen.......even the cheese has changed; all plasticity cause its cheaper. Never again.......I don't know why nobody can be consistent with thier products. Everyone wants to make the quick buck today.....

Seven years ago we were traveling from Georgia through Danbury and found Michael Angelo’s. The owner spoke to us as he prepared our meal and was very nice. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a Chef’s salad. The whole family was blown away. We continue to make our salads at home the same way to this day. Today, we found ourselves traveling through the area and did so for one reason, to visit Michael Angelo’s again. This time we ordered the Chef’s salad and a large meatball pizza. We all were talking on the drive there wondering, would it be the same? We were all blown away again. This time it was the son and a worker that were very nice and welcoming. This place is a gem. The residents of Danbury are so lucky! Thank you all for being genuinely nice while providing the BEST pizza and salad! Oh, and as one of the other customers recommended, ALWAYS go with their house dressing. AMAZING!

I’ve been coming to Michael Angelo’s Pizzeria since the mid-80s when they opened. It is hands down the best NY style pizza in the area. Everything on the menu is great and I also recommend the calzones especially the one with breaded chicken along with an extra side of sauce. The Owner Michael & his son Anthony are wonderful people that you can talk to for hours. They also own Holy Cow Ice Cream Shop in Newtown, CT if you’re looking for some delectable desserts. A No Doubter Best Pizza Place in Fairfield County CT.

This is my go to pizza spot in Danbury. Consistently delicious, New York style pizza. Easy to order, fast to pick up! Our favorites are the meatball, the pepperoni (duh) and we also love the BBQ chicken pizza made with grilled chicken instead of breaded upon our request. The best!

I ordered a steak sub, everything was chopped up, I ordered the BLT the tomatoes the lettuce and the bacon were all chopped up I've never eaten a sub like that it was terrible I'll never go back
