I love their Crust! On the thin side, yeasty and soft inside. The workers are polite and efficient so tip them well!!

A breath of fresh air! I frequented this restaurant as a child and still remember getting glass coke bottles and eating a slice of pizza with my mom. I thought I would pop in and see if it bared the same resemblance or if it was all different. To my surprise it was the same lovely place I had visited 20 years ago as a kid when I would walk up Lake ave after school. They said they just hit 30 years and it's the same owners. So many places in CT treat you like you're a burden when you walk in. I walked in not knowing if we would have lunch there because it's a smaller restaurant and I have two kids. I expected to get some sort of attitude or confused look from the staff but right away I was greeted and the woman up front was eager to help me. I explained my situation and she right away asked her family who were having a meeting at the table if they could move to the back so that my family could come have dinner. She set up two tables for us and the whole staff was friendly and patient with my wild boys. My boys began fighting over an apple juice and one gentleman was kind enough to give me another on the house. The gentleman making the pizza was kind and courteous. You really don't find places like this anymore.. everyone is in a rush, they just want to get paid and get you out, but not this place. It's a traditional family style restaurant. I left feeling so happy with finally not feeling like it was an inconvenience to serve me as I often find now'er days when we're out spending money. They were happy to have us and if we are in the area again we will go back! Thank you guys so much! <3

Baysider's unite!

Moved into town in August from Queens and I was on the hunt for good NY style pizza. Not into the New Haven stuff personally.

Had a nice coversation with the owner who also grew up and learned the trade in Bayside. It gave me hope that I found my spot.

Unfortunately, it was a thin pie that was lacking in cheese. Not bad, but, have found a place or two we like better since then. If you are into NY style, give it a try.

Great food and reasonable prices but I like it even better if there was delivery the better I hate electronics and computers and going over the website to order my food and then over the website to deliver theirs no simple ways like the old days without electronics.

We stopped by this pizza place on our way from our NJ shore home to Boston. We met the owner, Michael Angelo who was personable and fun to talk to. He let us try his Sicilian pizza after we marveled at it for a while. It was fabulous. Born and raised in NJ, I’ve had a lot of good pizza and this was the BEST. Light and crispy crust with awesome sauce. My one son got the Phili cheese steak sandwich and my hubby got the Italian combo sandwich- both delicious! It’s a great find and will not disappoint! Seriously try the Sicilian! We will make this one of our regular stops!!!

Today was my first day trying them. I ordered a meatball grinder. Hands down one of the best that i've had in a while. It was flavourful, fresh, And delicious. The price was also reasonable. I wish I would have took a picture but I had eaten half the sandwich by the time I thought to do a review. It was absolutely delicious and I will be back.

Pizza had little sauce. Cheese greasy, had a vague look to it. Bottom of dough. Bit hard.

I don't recommend this place, they need better people up front taking calls and orders.

First time there to try the gluten free pizza. It was great. Definitely worth a visit to see for yourself. House salad with the house dressing was tasty. The owner was there and was very welcoming with a chill vibe.
I definitely recommend this spot.

This is definitely our favorite pizza in the area, and I am extremely picky with pizza. The staff is always friendly and the pizza and cannolis are delicious! Our favorites include their buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, extra cheese, and meatball pizza!
