Stopped by for lunch while in Danbury—meats were fantastic! Tried the garlic steak, spicy sausage, and chicken—really flavorful. The salad bar could use some improvement, felt a bit like an afterthought. Staff is great, the place is clean, and it’s a fast, convenient spot for dining in or grabbing a fresh bite to go.

I’ve been going to Mina’s for years, and shame on me for not leaving a review. They have incredible food. If you love meat, this is the place. I always get the wings and the steak, and I’ve tried their stewed brisket and other hot vegetables before, and it’s always delicious. They’re always busy no matter what time of day you go, but the line moves quite fast. They’re a little pricey compared to other Latin places, but it’s worth it. A gem in Danbury.

It's been a while since I've been back. Glad to see everybody's cheerful and the place is still warm and friendly. I have to say I'll be back much sooner. I tried sampling pretty much everything. Happy to see my favorites chickpea salad, black beans and collard greens. All the meats were decadent with outstanding flavor. The pineapple was a perfect finish for an incredible meal. It's s a great restaurant completely satisfied my cravings. Not much is left maybe a light snack. Sooo yummy. Thank you!

order not spice sausage, ask to slice i do not need to use a knife - he did not do it, sausage almost room temperature, and it is 12.30pm - big big shame, how you can serv with a room temperature sausage from grill at 12.30pm, yes, i talk to nice lady who take care the register and she offer me the same food but hot, the server serv food locks like from yesterday, will never come agan to this place, and i was visit this place very often, no more

I love the food here, however, I need someone to explain to me why if you get 3 pounds of just meat, you get charge basically $40. But if you get the same 3 pounds of meat plus half of pound of something from the salad bar is $35.
I need an explanation of that mathematical equation. I'm not trolling, this is a real question and review.
My family eats her multiple times a week. Food is 11/10. Highly recommend.

Loved it! I never had collar greens before and I think I am a fan now! Was a little bit salty but pretty good. I loved the bbq pineapple it was delicious. The fried plantain was very good. The steak was yummy and flavorful. I never knew i really like Brazilian BBQ but now I am definitely a fan. Thank you Mina’s carne for the hospitality. Air conditioning could use a boost but besides that pretty decent!
