Pancho's Tacos Mexican Restaurant

I ordered a meal and they charged for the meal but only gave me the tacos alone. When I called to request the rice the lady was nasty. The owners calls back and offered for me to get the rice and beans (sides). I went to get it and not a word of apologies was said to me. He actually threw the food to me. Poor customer service.

Ordered for takeout. They took more than 35 mins for 2 taco combos. Chicken felt like it was reheated, very hard and chewy. Gave very little guacamole. Both fish and chicken tacos were dry. Not a good experience with take out.

First time here and I loveeeeeeed it! We had the pleasure to have Elsa help us! I love her! She is sooo funny! The food was amazing as wellll! I’m just upset I live an hour away :( I definitely highly recommend it and I’m coming back!

Love this place! delicious food for an amazing price! Got a taco combo and everything was so fresh and delicious! Drinks could have been refilled once we were done with them but other than that absolutely amazing and will be coming back!

For such a large place, it is always empty. The food is too salty and pricey. No atmosphere like music or mariachi.

I had high hopes for this place. The reviews were mostly great. We felt the food was dry. The tacos were on the dry side. They gave us limes with no juice in them.The tostadas were very good. Maybe a bit too much lettuce for my liking.The chips and salsa was stale chips and bland salsa.They do give you 3 bottles of different sauces i assume were made in house. Very tasty.The side of guacamole was absolutely terrible. Tasted like it came in a bag and they added tomatoes onions and cilantro. Very disappointing. See photoTacos were ok but just not great. Kids meal was very tiny amount of chicken nuggets with a pile of fries.We might give this place another try at some point. I feel like it was just a bad day. IdkThe waitress was great. Atmosphere was great. The prices are very reasonable.
