The 3 stars is for the food. Food was good. GM told me there is no white rice because they dont open until 11. Funny. You have to be open mall hours. I know this because I was a GM at this very location. She wasnt friendly- but the food was great. No fortune cookie either. Treat your GM better so she can be friendly to guests!
