Mananger in this place is something I can not describe ,I felt he did not want to serve us ,order had wrong sides because he did not even care to ask as if you were doing us a favor, even when I wanted to buy scones he did not want to come to the register .
man you made me hate my experience today at this place .If you don't want to work stay home. And you guys are slow, there was no hazelnut coffee had to tell the girl in the kitchen after standing for a few
minutes unattended,Service was better in the old building.

Always consistent quality and service. A small but efficient layout.

Extremely slow service. It just moved from previous store in the same lot to this and the service dropped! Even hot soup, sandwich, toasted bagels etc are cold by the time you get it. Prices gone up and quality is generally poor now. Not sure if the staff changed everyone there looks disinterested and unhappy! The staff at the previous place was fast, genuinely welcoming, pleasant and happy doing their work. Good energy makes things and place good. This is depressing! The layout was better earlier. Now you don't even see bagels and have to guess what's available or left. Won't be going back.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. I am so disappointed in this place been to many Panera and never had a bad experience but here I did. Service is terrible and there was a hair in my green goddess salad and I swear they ripped me off.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches online for store pick-up. BEC on Croissant, which was burned to a crisp (literally) and a HEC on a Ciabatta, but there was no Cheese. Definitely need better quality control, especially when the customer can not see what they are getting until they get home.

Brand-new standalone location, so it's really bright and clean. Completely standard like every other Panera.

I came to eat after work before going home to rest, and it’s disrespectful that while I’m eating, they are cleaning the trash containers inside the store, making a lot of noise opening and spreading out bags. That should be done after the store closes; they should stay to clean, not do it during store hours.

New store is lit up like a cafeteria... Seating is too close..you are trying to talk while hearing all other conversations around...Very little parking...The old location was more of a restaurant type atmosphere with the fire place... And separate tables...This looks like any cheap joint.

Because I had a gift card (long story, but I paid for it), met a friend for lunch at the new Danbury, CT Panera. (We'd had a great time at the old one in Dec.) Dreadful. Small. Crowded. Too hot when doors closed and too cold when they opened, which was often since it was lunchtime. And no place to sit where one could get away from that. No personal space. Half the tables are too high for me to sit at. Almost all the other ones were "shared space". Had THE most anemic bowl (and hardly a bowl) of French Onion Soup ever. Mostly missing the onions. Was I nourished? Yes. Did I enjoy time with my friend? Yes. Might I be giving away the other $50 on the card? Yes. Not even sure take out would be better. One son opened the first Panera in Brookfield almost 20 years ago, and it used to be my favorite place to go. The 2 they closed were better than this one by far. Do not recommend.

Sandwiches were delicious. The only thing I don't understand nowadays. People want tips to take your order and take your money. They're not waiting on you.
