One time recently, I had my pizza delivered, and they had the wrong address, so I called the restaurant, and one of the female workers started yelling over the phone, claiming it was all my fault and that I always do this. I've never had an issue like this at Papa John's ever. I contacted Papa John's customer service directly, and they never got back to me. This is unacceptable behavior and honestly sounds fake because of how crazy it was. She automatically resorted to yelling and screaming over the phone. That is not how you treat a customer, and I will never be coming back to this location, and I advise others not to either.

More like a unflavored unseasoned version of dominoes. I was very surprised the pizza had no flavor at all. Pizza is definitely made cookie cutter style not hand tossed dough. Food was all hot and fresh which was a plus but no flavor at all.

Major disappointment. To get a deal, you need to use the app...why can't we place the order to a LIVE person?! We placed the order via app, system glitched...surprisingly it was incorrect. It did not offer us to review because it glitched at the order processing stage.... We tried to explain to the manager and team, they did not care. We asked if we could add on the different toppings and pay the additional fees, they would not do it. What happened to ensuring the customer is happy?! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

First time I've had Papa John's and I was pleasantly surprised. Was definitely better then pizza hut nowadays and i personally thing it was much better then domino's. The wings were very tender and much bigger then domino's. And i think their pizza quality with much better then both mentioned. The staff here was very nice. Would recommend!
Parking: The parking is a small area and very tight. I believe we had to park a little off their property into a neighboring company. But we didnt have any issues otherwise.
