First time is a hit. Never had rolled ice cream. It’s fantastic. Can’t wait to try something else.

Boba tea, rolled ice cream and different jellies for drinks available. You can adjust the sweetness of the tea which we forgot to do.

It’s so amazing I’m obsessed with the strawberry banana smoothie with boba in it I recommend this place if you are craving boba or a refreshing smoothie!!❤️

Really different!! The honeydew melon flavored rolled ice cream is delicious 😋

The service here was great and they had her order ready pretty quickly. My daughter loved watching them make the ice cream and after trying it, she fell in love with rolled ice cream.

I had the coconut milk tea it was delicious, it tasted good and just like coconut milk! The customer service was amazing and the tea was prepared quick!

Great place they did everything by hand infront of you and made the stuff BETTER than the display item the place was worked by two amazing people next time I will be leaving big tip

Best ice cream I had the cookie and cream rolled ice cream very very good omg! The staff member was so friendly and the ice cream came out so nice and tasty! Will definitely be returning my kids gave it a 10/10 also:)

The bubble tea amazing the ice cream was amazing if I never knew that place, I don’t know what I would do, but the bubble tea exclusive, amazing, and the Boba mm mmm mmmmmm in the ice cream rolls good and the service spilled something they cleaned it up they’re so kind to like they’re the best. I love them

While I haven’t tried a lot of different options at Papa Tea, it’s nice to have bubble tea while out and about. I’m personally a big fan of the Taro Milk Tea, both for it’s taste, simplicity, and demure lavender color.

Prices are equivalent to a Starbucks coffee and overall, the service has been consistent. Personally, I feel they’ve been watering down their tea options, focusing instead on ice and tapioca pearls, instead of flavor. However, if you’re looking for a fun and “hip” drink, Papa Tea is definitely the place to try.

The lady making my Mr. Nutella was talking a lot to the others, AND almost let the ice cream freezer burn! She almost completely turned my marshmallows to ASHES! Also, she didn’t put enough Nutella, AND she forgot to add one of the rolls. She added such a small amount of whipped cream as well! Nothing like I’ve had here before!

Used to come here and this nice gay boy would take my order, crack some jokes, and make my drink right infront of me. It made me feel like I was a part of the process. I haven't seen him there since around Christmas and my drinks honestly haven't tasted as good either. BRING HIM BACK

I always get bubble tea here, every single time I go to the Mall before it was so amazing and I think it's the best bubble tea spot in the area. But today the bubbles in my tea tasted very minerally kinda like rocks every time before it would taste like brown sugar with any flavor that I got. the drink was still good 10/10 but I had to spit out the bubbles because i couldn't take that taste in my mouth
