I ordered beef pho on uber eats, I specifically requested utensils, but the table was completely bare. I'm at a loss—what am I supposed to eat with? I hope the restaurant understands that asking for utensils isn't just polite talk or a joke.
Also, the beef in the pho was completely tough and chewy—it felt like eating grass. No wonder it's called beef noodle soup. After eating it, I felt like I was a cow myself.

Very good Pho. There is sometimes a wait to get in. No reservations; 1st come 1st serve. They also have Bubble Tea and BYOB. They even offer Hot Pot for a group of people, with 48 hour notice.

Drove an hour+ to eat here & found upon arriving they’ve been closed for a month. All for folks going on vacation, but a hand written note on your door isn’t a great business move when closing for 5 weeks. Update your site or Google. Won’t be trying again after reading other bad reviews though.

This little place hits! On a Friday afternoon for lunch I could barely get it in was so packed, but it was yummy and warm and the hot tea was a nice touch. Go here and support family owned business.

Umm I’m sure the meat is supposed to be cooked but I’ve gotten raw meat instead. This was my first time ordering from here. I would prefer cooked meat for next time. I had to cook the meat myself at home beats the purpose of ordering out but other than that it was good.

Their Pho is amazing! Staff is kind and friendly. I am not always a stellar person to wait on and they were fantastic! Bubble tea was so good! My daughter is a very picky eater and even she loved it!

Ordered Pho Beef on Uber Eats. Beef portion was half the appropriate serving. I weighed it on a scale. Called the restaurant and told them the situation and they hung up. Called back and they had blocked my number. I keep getting a “Verizon can not make this call”.

You guys are great. Love the food but PLEASE figure out a way to work with uber eats. I’m sure that’s a good chunk of your revenue… every time I add or alter an order it’s like the end of the world or I get the wrong dish. Looks like this is common with you guys
