We stumbled upon this place today and gave it a go. Delicious! We loved the crispy wontons. Yum-the chicken wings and edamame were ok but the pho was soooooo good. Lovely servers took care of our order. We saw some other mouth watering dishes being served to other guests so we will def return and try again. I will order fewer appetizers so there’s room for the apple dumplings for dessert Check it out. You will not be disappointed in this restaurant

I ordered a pho dish, and it was superb!!! It was one of the best pho I had EVER eaten, and it was super flavorful!!! The bubble tea was very good, and the staff there were super friendly and welcoming.

We’ve come here countless amount of times (both dine-in and take out) and food is good when consistent and accurate, however there has been SO MANY mistakes (almost 1 in 5). Past mistakes mainly consisted of missing ingredients in the dish and when ingredients were out of stock, there was no me tion of it, no substitution offered nor additional quantity of other ingredients added.
Today an accommodation was requested for the dish pho deluxe (for raw meat to be sauteed because in the past when it was asked to be cooked, they boiled it and meat was tough/dry) and the waitress said it was doable and she would notate it. When the dish came out, the raw meat was boiled. The manager asked us how the food was and when the concern brought up, she mentioned twice that the dish came that way and it would require additional steps for it to be sauteed, and she will double-check next time. There was no apology or an offer to correct this (I had no intention to send it back as it would be food waste). Then the waitress later asked the same question and we again shared this concern, she voiced the waitress voiced the same response as the manager; manager was nearby listening. Again no apology was offered, just the manager responding that she understood what we were conveying. Their response demonstrates poor customer service as the concern was not listened to or addressed, simply noting that a dish comes a certain way and failing to see that an accepted request was not carried through. When the check arrived, no discount was offered either.
We think it is reasonable to give constructive feedback, especially if we are being asked how the food was. If an accommodation is accepted, a result should simply be delivered; if an accommodation request is declined, that is the restaurant’s fair choice. We didn’t seek them out to share our concerns nor had intentions to send the food back. We politely just want this concern to be genuinely acknowledged. We’ve been coming here since ~2016 because we like to support local businesses and there is a lack of asian places in the area but we’re no longer going to support this restaurant. This business overall needs to work on customer service (especially as a manager) and quality control.

Not the place for Boba. So disappointed by the Boba tea that everything else seemed Meh. They are a little stingy with the tea. It is not enough tea to drink down the Boba’s. It’s such an easy fix. Hopefully they get it right soon.

Food is good, restaurant is clean. Just add 20-30minutes to the prep time you get when ordering online. Almost every time I order online I end up waiting. You’d think I’d learn to wait extra time by now before driving there.
The reason why I took the time to write this review today it’s because it looks like they really do not prioritize any takeout order. In my case, I literally watch an employee walk out of the kitchen with my bag and proceeded to wipe down tables as I see her with my bag, only after she has wiped down tables. Did she hand me my bag.
