Love this place, the service is great even when it's packed or late. The atmosphere is good but the music is too loud. The food is really good, I always get the beef wonton and phams fried rice with extra beef

This is our go-to Pho spot in the area. Good portions, flavor, and service. One negative is the table setup. They have these giant tables up front where the good light and windows are, and the smaller group seating in the back where there's no natural light. So on darker days, everyone is huddled in the dark at the back of the restaurant while the nicer large tables remain empty. They also need larger bowls for their bun bowls. Mixing becomes a delicate process where you're always on the verge of spilling from the bowl.

Service was extremely slow . People that were seated after us were served before us more than once .

I’ve been to this location about 4 times now and the quality gets worst every time. Recently I took my family from out of town and our experience was a disaster. It was moderately busy, the place was about half full and it took 1.5 hours to receive our food. I understand maybe they were busy with online orders or something else, so we patiently waited. But when we did receive our food the pho bowl was only half way full with half the usually noodles and other ingredients. We mentioned something to our waiter who said the kitchen had a lot going on and she agreed something was wrong. She went to speak with the manager and 15 min later came back and said next time we come in they will give us more broth. My entire family was shocked! It’s not the broth, it’s the fact that half the food is missing. Waiting is one thing but the complete lack of quality and disregard for customer service is another thing. Save your time and money, go to the other one off padanaram.

We were already loyal customers at the Padanaram location, and we are so glad to have now the option to go to this new one. The restaurant looks so cool, the staff is always the best, and the food is always perfect.

A sorry successor to the old Pho restaurant off of Exit 6. Had the ginger dumplings which didnt taste like ginger, just over fried and oily. The Pad Thai was worse, a soggy mess with no flavor, no peanuts and no tofu.

Went here for the first time tonight and I am so glad I did! The pho is the best I have ever had. The right amount of flavor and saltiness. The meat is cooked well. We also had the short rib dumplings but I wouldn’t order them again because they are pricey but yet they are skimpy with it. It’s only 5 tiny dumplings (they are delicious) for like $12 and the congee isn’t all that great in my opinion. Didn’t like the consistency of the congee, but the flavor is good with hot sauce. I would suggest adding more dumplings and give the customers their money’s worth. I would come back and drive the hour and a half just for the amazing pho and the great, friendly service. 5 stars.
